Buyer BEWARE, they DO NOT accept returns nor will they refund your money. Mind you this is not placed anywhere in the store, I found about it after making my purchase. I truly regret ever shopping at this boutique, don't make the same mistake I made. Shop elsewhere or better yet online.

Bought my pen from here around July 2020. In February 2021, the pen spontaneously exploded and destroyed the internal mechanism WHILE OPENING it. No drops, nothing. The pen sits in my office and never leaves.Dropped the pen off for a warranty claim in February. I have called the store multiple times. No one answers. I have gone to the store multiple times and they are either extremely understaffed or extremely slow. Here I am, 3 months later, and still out my $400 pen with no update from this terrible store and company.

We arrived to the store midday on a Tuesday and waited at the front door for 25 min+ The employees were aware of our presence and never assisted us, they ignored us. Terrible service and completely disrespectful.

The Montblanc store in Dadeland Mall is a great place to get quality pens, jewelry, and cool accessories. I was really impressed with the selection of items that they had on display in the store and found two items that I could not leave without. The staff here was very helpful and available to answer all of the questions I had. This store was very well managed and had everything together.

I feel very disappointed with the service of the store at dadeland mall. In December I went to buy a belt for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. I shoul have known there that my nightmare was about to start because they ignored me all the time but I really like the belt so when I finally got their attention I bought the belt.
