One star is being generous. The lead pharmacist is incredibly rude and disrespectful. It used to be very well run and efficient with kind staff; however, now it is beyond awful and unacceptable. Every time I go, there is a long line and the lead female pharmacist is always verbally abusive. She never has a smile or a nice thing to say to anyone. It is a terrible reflection on CVS.

Got there and stood in the pharmacy line with 6 people in front of me. Took 30 minutes to get to the counter. Idk what they're doing back there but this pharmacy used to be fantastic. Big efficiency issues here. Staff needs to change.

The pharmacy has gone down, the new staff is not good. After 7 years going there I will be moving all our medications somewhere else.

This pharmacy has REALLY REALLY REALLY gone downhill. Every time I walk in, there is a long line of people who did not get their prescriptions filled. Including me. I have waited over a week and they still have not filled my prescription despite them telling me that they put in the order for it. Also they never answer the phone I have stayed on hold for close to 20 minutes before. This forces me to drive there and essentially waste my time. It's unfortunate because this location is so convenient. But I also noticed they hired new pharmacists so I expect that is why their service has plummeted. These stupid hags don't know what they're doing.

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy staff is incompetent and do not follow through on a word they say. They never have medications even if you've been taking them for years and know you enough to know to order things in advance. They also never order things when they say they are going to. This was my main cvs for years and I'm never going back because it's an issue every month. So done.

Service was great. They greater me at the door with hand sanitizer and a positive attitude. The store was organized and I was able to find what I needed quickly.

I came to this CVS on a weekday and the store was not busy at the time. Everything was organized and had labels. The store seemed clean in my opinion, not sure why previous reviews say otherwise. Because everything was organized, I was able to find what I needed right away, and proceeded to the checkout line. The employee, Juliana, greeted me right away. She asked me how I was doing, if I found what I needed, and she was so kind. She exuded happiness and I appreciated that. I had a coupon that wasn't scanning and she took the time to figure it out (thank goodness there was no waiting line). She was very helpful and one of the fewest nicest CVS employees I've encountered. Also, instead of just checking me out, she asked me if I wanted to use the other coupons in my account. Not all the employees ask, so I appreciated that she made sure. Awesome great quality employee! She made my experience at this CVS wonderful.

The store definitely needs some cleaning & employees need re-training. Horrible customer service by some "managers". Some of the managers aren't even trained on the companies policies regarding sales & coupons. Very unfortunate considering the location of this store as well as the size is very convenient.

Absolute worst pharmacy and pharmacist I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Unprofessional and clueless as to how to treat a customer. She gave me 3 different reasons as to why she wouldn't fill my prescription: 1) "it's the law" 2) "the decision to give you the medication is up to my discretion " 3) I don't have it." Had she bothered to look at my profile and account she would have realized the script I was giving her to fill was, not only necessary for my condition but dangerous if not taken on a regular basis. I can accept the fact if it actually is a law. I asked her where I could read that information and she refused to provide it but if the decision was truly up to her discretion then she should not be allowed to decide the fate of a patients need for a medication that an actual Doctor determines is necessary for that patient. She belittled and embarrassed me for a condition for which I have no control and dismissed me with a roll of the eye and smirk. She used her power as a pharmacist to decide my fate despite my Doctors explicit instructions. I am truly at a loss as to how to proceed but I did make a formal complaint in hopes to assure she cannot do what she did to me to someone else. Shame on her!
