Tonight (4/19/24) we tried to get a prescription at this pharmacy. However the pharmacy wouldn't fill the prescription for my infant at 8:30pm. The lady in the pharmacy said they were closed. The pharmacy isn't supposed to close until 9pm per signage and time listed online. As a mom, this was very upsetting with a crying infant who needs an antibiotic tonight.

The pharmacy here is painfully slow. Always such a long line and takes at least 30 minutes to get a prescription that was ready before arriving. Customer service also sucks

Horrible CVS . Terrible customer service they lie to you on the phone and tell you they'll have your child's prescription transferred from Walgreens just to tell you a few days later that they never transferred anything ! To top it off good luck getting someone on the phone if you ever try to call them ! 1 In a million chance that they answer. For it to be cvs you would expect better quality people working lol. I've never had any issue with any other cvs or pharmacy period!

This is by far the worst CVS pharmacy in Miami. The customer service is horrible. The people in the pharmacy where you get your prescriptions. They never have your prescription ready and when you come pick it up even if it's a day later, they make you come back the next day every single time they never have anything ready the pharmaceutical that's in charge of the location is horrible has the worst attitude She goes by the name Massiel I don't recommend going to this cvs

Terrible customer service, especially at the pharmacy. The selections throughout the store are not as good as other CVS stores, and the prices also are not as good. Go to a better CVS down Calle 8 to the one on the corner of SW 2 Ave (although that parking is also difficult).

I stopped here to grab some snacks and I was really surprised by the "y más" label on the building itself.I guess the "extra feature" of this CVS is its focus on souvenirs geared towards the Latin Community.I was in a bit of a hurry, so I went to pick my snacks, paid for it and walked away...did not deal with the pharmacy nor any of the associates, so I can not comment on the professional attitude of the workers....My experience was good since they had what I was looking for.

I never make reviews but I've never had a bad experience to this extent with any pharmacy in my entire life- and that's saying something. If your dr says they will send your prescription to this pharmacy, I rec you have it to sent to any other pharmacy nearby but this. They are a mess. I have gone in 4 times for the same prescription and each time I get told different things. That they can't find my prescription even though my dr confirmed it was sent, that they don't have meds in stock and will put in the order for a given day to come back.. and when I come back, they tell me no one has placed an order and it hasn't come. They're a mess. Avoid at all costs!

The pharmacy is asolutely a nightmare. Unfortunately this is the closest cvs to me so I visit quite frequently, but I can't remember the last time I was at the pharmacy for less than 45 minutes. Usually to be turned away because of lost prescriptions, unable to fill, or any other issue they ALWAYS seem to have. If you can go anywhere else do! Run far from this location it's a headache

Literally the most unprofessional cvs I've ever been to. I came to get a COVID test and had an appointment. I wasn't seen in the drive Thru until 35 minutes after my appointment. They then basically just threw the test bag kit at me and went who knows where. Literally never came back to the window or explained anything. So unprofessional and so ridiculous.

The worst services at the pharmacy the 4 girls that qere there are always having a good conversation in Spanish about a movie and 7 people waiting in line, only one of the 4 girls were coming to ask the customers for what they need, the pharmacy's staff for this location has the worst customer services. For the rest of the store there is not complain.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Horrible service. I waited an hr in a huge line to get my second shot. 6 people were working in the pharmacy, none took the time to give shots in all that time. Also the place was more packed than the Marlin stadium on game night.

For the first time I have felt good in this store and since there was such a big difference, I took the time to point out some details that I think should be taken into consideration. I buy a lot of merchandise very often because the location is very close to me and whenever I go in the morning the staff is not very pleasant and they get upset when you ask for help, they are even on their cell phones and completely ignore you. However, by chance it happened in the afternoon and for the first time I was able to leave that place with a pleasant experience, the boys at the registers were very kind to me, it is the first time I see them, from what I can assume they are new, I think one of their names was Jhonatan and I don't remember the name of the other cashier but I think that CVS and especially this store should take the time to think about renewing the old workers and continuing to hire workers like that.

Worst cvs I've ever been to. The staff aren't friendly either. Trying to get my prescription here was a hassle and when I did I went to pick up and the guy said how he already applied a coupon for my prescription so I can't use the one that I have. It's from good rx. Not sure why they couldn't honor the good rx price but he was just so rude about it. Will never come here again.

Head Pharmacy Manger Eddy Garcia is extremely rude! Completely misleading and lie advising medications were never called in after over 6hrs. Had to call doctor again to call In meds and they were placed on hold again. Even they advised he was extremely rude and couldn't do anything! I had to get off of my car with my family to address this incident and when I go to the pharmacy, surprisingly enough there is no one in line or customers. I express my concern to eddy Garcia and he rudely interrupts me and yell over "you have to sit down and wait" "15-20mins". It's clear that this behavior is not professional nor acceptable in this caliber of organization. Customer service is at it's worse at the management level leaving customer with one option; To find another Pharmacy. Find a new employee or lose customer for a lifetime. Cvs you decide

Horrible pharmacy when you call you wait on hold for 30 Minutes, if they ever answer. They literally never answer! I went in to pick up a prescription they told me 20 minutes and I waited an hour and didn't tell me when it was ready and I sat there waiting.
