Excellent. I called yesterday afternoon and Melvin was here today at 8:30 am. The car needed a lot of TLC. He inspected the car and we agreed on the price before any work was done. 3 hours later (yeap, it needed that much work) the car looked like it came out of a dealership. What an amazing job ! Wow, my car was in bad shape. I have kids and a dog, so there were stains everywhere on the seats. Dog Hair everywhere! Things that melted in the carpets, I thought would never get removed. The outside paint felt like sandpaper with scratches everywhere. But these guys did an AWESOME Job! He said he'd make it look better than new, and he sure delivered.
