The manager and her assistant manger need some serious re training on how to talk and treat customers. If you value your money and time please look elsewhere as there are better options.

Nothing to complain about as a member. Management/staff is always there to make sure customers are taken care of. Quality wash w friendly staff, can't ask for more.

Car war still dirty after wash and when I spoke to the “supervisor” she refused to have my car washed again.

Love them because they are everywhere. It’s best to get unlimited plan so you save on cleaning your car. I signed up with them in Tucson, Az. But I love that Florida has Mister car wash as well.
