I've been coming to this car wash since I moved here 3yrs ago but they were under the name clean machine. Brittney and the Staff are like family to me and have taken care of me every since. My truck is always spotless, I can go back as many times as I want, and my rims and tire are spotless when the sun is out. I recommend them to anyone in the area.

Mediocre car wash that didn’t really clean my car well. They provide vacuums that you can use yourself.. but wait, they ask you for tip! For what? For me cleaning my own car? Ridiculous. Pay your employees right so they don’t depend on customers

The manager and her assistant manger need some serious re training on how to talk and treat customers. If you value your money and time please look elsewhere as there are better options.

worst car wash in the world , very rude employees , was has had a broken roller for 2 months and they keep lying about a piece on back order , cars come out as dirty as they come in , do yourself a favor and use any other car wash , the cutler bay location was great when ti was owned by clean machine but since mister car wash acquired it it has gone downhill very fast , don't say i didn't warn you

Do yourself a favor run from this car wash , worst customer service ever , rude employees the wash is the worst there is a broken roller that has been broken for over 2 months , car comes out dirty staff is super rude , consider El car wash instead
