Carlos the owner was very very knowledgeable and well experienced for sure I was lost from the beginning and he direct me to find his office.I took my luxury watch for him to adjust my straps turn out it didn’t need to cut it which make my life so much easier he just took it and made a small adjustment and my watch fit perfectly. Thank again Carlos you definitely see me again!

This was my first time doing business with Miro's Watch Repair. I made the long commute from Broward County to see Mr. Miro based on his shop's reputation. Miro's Watch Repair provides a quality service along with honest pricing. My overall experience was extremely positive and highly professional. I can now say I have found my watch repair service shop for life.

I took a vintage Omega Seamaster that used to belong to my grandfather. The watch has never been serviced and once Mr. Miro saw the watch he started telling me more about it and its history. He restored it and it looked like new. Best watch repair shop in Miami! Amazing service and great quality of work!

I first met Carlos Miro in 1994 after damaging the crystal of my Rolex GMT Master. I can tell at that time that he was a tremendous professional by the way he serviced my watch. Fast forward almost 30 years later I returned to have him service both of my watches and today he presented me with what I thought were brand new watches. The finish is impeccable as he removed scratches and dents to the case that I thought would never be able to be removed. He is really a gentleman and a pleasure to work with he service my watches in less time than he had anticipated I give him 10 Stars.

Instantly knew he was legitimate when I first met him and handed over my watch! His face lit up with excitement and adoration. Upon opening the watch to do his FREE assessment, Miro’s had a proud look on his face as if he had a connection to my watch; Miro was able to tell me proudly that his teacher was the one who last serviced the watch and where!!! My father acquired the watch from some long time friends and antique store owners in Tampa, Fl. After my father died I took over the watch and decided that I’d actually wear the watch and use its functions on a daily basis. That proved hard to do because it’s a 1970 Nivada Grenchen Chronoking. Can you imagine the elation I displayed that I finally found a potential person who can actually fix the watch. I’ve wasted some money on people who claimed they were experts, thank God they did not destroy my watch. Miro was very professional and kind and his price was exceptionally fair! My watch is working perfectly now, chronograph not stopping, no glitches with the second hand register, very smooth chronograph. When I wind the spring I can slowly feel the tension building up where as before I would wind it like 10 times and then it would stop as if I’m about to break to main spring. I can go on and on. This time piece means sooo much to me. Glad it finally made it in the right pair of gifted hands!!!

Mr. Miro is amazing! My Rolex looks wonderful, like new. He takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants their special watch to be taken care of. Wish I could give him more than five stars.?

An outstanding business that is hard to find these days. Mr. Miro is not only an expert in his trade but the friendliest person. I needed a battery changed in the watch my father gave me before his passing. Mr. Miro not only inquired about the history of the watch but he discuss how special to have such a time piece as a memory of my father. Very reasonable pricing too. Located in downtown Miami, 4th floor of the Seybold Building. I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to find parking and then try and find this place but it was totally worth it. Don’t go anywhere else for watch repair.

First time at Miros’ and I’d say it is Experience - Fast Diagnostic - Professional - Clean Job - I got my watches fixed at the place and pick up same day - Good conversation. Mr. Miro is the coolest guy and will give you the best advice on repairing your watch. Definitely I’ll be back if my watches need to be fixed or so.You gotta fix your watch in here nowhere else in Miami.
