Today, 07/02/24, I went for a walk-in consultation at this Minute Clinic as a recommendation from the customer service of my Aetna insurance, there they told me that they could see me until 7:30, we arrived at 7:00 pm and We waited outside for the office to clear, then Dr. Maria Velázquez came out who said she was “Dr” Nurse Practitioner and asked us rudely what were we expecting, I told her that we were going to attend to my daughter, and even more so rudely told me that these were not hours that she worked until 7, we told her that the schedule said until 7:30 and she told us "I work until 7, from 7 to 7:30 I make my phone calls", He turned around and, completely ignoring us, sat down to talk on the phone. It really is disrespectful the way she treated us, taking into account that there was still half an hour before closing, very unprofessional and rude for a health worker. @aetna @cvshealth

At around 10:30 AM I went online and made a same day appointment for 12:20. They had a pre-registration that I filled out before coming in which was just pretyy basic information about myself including my insurance information and carr. I was in and out by 12:30. Great experience for what I needed which was a vaccine.

Honestly 0 there are no appointments but the staff also does not cancel pending appointments for patients who do not arrive. They don't want to work

They suggested I make an appointment to have my son's ears cleaned. When we went to the appointment they said they couldn't clean his ears because of his blood pressure. Then they billed my insurance. When I called, they wouldn't remove the charge even though they never did the procedure. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the agent hung up on me! Beware!

The lady at the minute clinic is cranky everytime I go.I dont recommend minute clinic services since the antibiotics prescribed never clear up my infections. I've gone for many different types of infections.

Instead of helping people the doctor there turned away people. Very disappointing experience. I see what matters most here. Bad service. It does not deserve one star to be honest.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY WILL SIT BEHIND CLOSED DOORS AND NO ONE CAN GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION. They advertise walk ins but that's not the case. They will only take appointments. After waiting for over half and hour and being sent back and forth between the pharmacy and the clinic, for anyone to show their face the "DR." emerges and tells me that they can only take appointments. She tells me I can sit and wait to see IF she can see me but that if she doesn't get a chance that she won't. I get it appointments are appointments but then don't advertise walk-ins. And have someone there to help you. She was obviously, hiding behind closed doors to not have to take anyone she didn't have to. Oh and no one wanted to give me her name either.

Made an appointment for a rapid result exam. They called me 20 minutes prior to ask if I was coming and let me know they were located OUTSIDE the Navarro in a white tent. I showed up and couldn’t see any white tent. I called back just for a rude woman to answer aggressively and proceed to hang up when I asked her for directions, so I left. It’s a trailer parked in the back. Get better customer service.

I've had to visit this clinic twice in a month due to a severe sore throat and each time Nurse Practitioner Yaimi has been thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. The first time I booked online and was seen promptly. The second time, I walked in when the clinic opened and was the first patient. Yaimi diagnosed my condition accurately and ordered my meds right on the spot at the CVS pharmacy right next to the clinic (inside the store) and they were ready by the time my appointment was over. She spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions and examining me. Best of all, she did as many tests as she could right there so that I did not have to send it out to an external lab and spend more money. I have toddlers at home so being able to go to this Minute Clinic immediately instead of having to make an appointment with my doctor is so convenient. I will definitely come back, though I hope I won't need to.

The Nurse Practitioner there Denise Matheus is very unprofessional. I had made my reservation online for the minute clinic. Upon arrival there were two older gentlemen trying to navigate the kiosk. It is unbelievable they don't have a human who can help the elderly who can't use computers. While they took about 15 minutes to finish signing in my time ran out for my "saved spot" I told the nurse I was here for 20 minutes waiting to use the computer in order to input my code and she said unfortunately the time had expired because it only lasts 15 minutes. I showed her my online confirmation on my phone and explained I was waiting to check in but the gentleman in front of me were taking long. She didn't care. I asked her a simple medical question and she stated to wait to be seen. I called corporate to see if they could help because the computer had stated the code expired and they stated they don't have a technical department that helps with the online waiting. So what is the point of having this system if they have no way of knowing how it functions this is extremely unprofessional and the nurses who work there don't report to anyone. They are their own bosses. Great way to do whatever you want to the patients.

Very bad experience. The doctor sent us away with two 2-year olds and a 6-months old not seeing us, saying she has one more patient before closing. It was 30 minutes before closing and sending someone with children away is not a good practice nor good customer service.
