I recently visited the Minute Clinic and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously by the nurse. It left me feeling unheard and disappointed. I believe it's crucial for patients to receive proper care and attention. Honestly your better off going to your primary care then these Nurse practitioners

I brought my 19 yo daughter for flu-like symptoms. She was seen by Ms. Sherley Fleurant (NP). She was the rudest health provider that I have ever seen. She did not let me come in for my daughter’s visit and she refused to speak to me subsequently. I am a physician myself and the most respectful to family members. I always speak to the patient and the family member, as long as the patient agrees. My daughter object my presence in the room. It was Ms. Fleurant that refuse to communicate with me, the parent of the patient. The worst experience ever. Ms. Fleurant should not be taking care of patients.

What a great experience and staff today. I could make an appointment. They saw me in a timely way- and the provider was so thorough, helpful, kind and supportive. I feel she really gave me case so much attention and was so attentive. Also my copay was lower. I will be coming here instead of urgent care from now on.

Sherley Fleurant and Marie Enoise provided excellent service in diagnosing and treating my strep throat. I went in as a walk-in, and was able to be seen immediately. Sherley was caring, thorough and very personable. She discovered I was given the wrong dosage of antibiotics by a previous urgent care doctor, and she took her time to research which antibiotic would benefit me the most at this point, and have the least side effects. I’ll always come back whenever I can’t be seen by my primary doctor.

First time in years I go for a wellness exam, and the services were denied by Yennis Leyva once I asked if my insurance was accepted. Since I come from a low income family, I had call my insurance to make sure all was covered and I asked for reassurance to RN and what I received was an attack of words and screams. Going through the reviews reassure me how poorly customer service is within those walls. If I had a lawyer this could be a lawsuit. Good luck with your business CVS

Terrible. I will never get this 15 minutes of my life back. I walk in as advertised to test my son for strep/flu and there are no more apt for the day. I have to wait 15 min until the person that made an apt either doesn’t show or is late. There is no one here except for us and yet the nurse sits in the back. Completely unbelievable. I will not be back.

This is now the second time I have been to this clinic and received the same unsatisfactory treatment. I rarely get sick enough to warrant seeking treatment but my daughter was diagnosed with strep throat. I started presenting with all the same symptoms last night and I know this infection requires antibiotics. I went to the clinic to get tested. The NP that saw me didn't examine my throat. She swabbed me and the test came back negative. She then she told me it was a virus and there was nothing else to do but ride it out. I asked if it was possible that I tested two soon- which I know to be an issue with rapid tests- and my concerns were dismissed. I asked if there was any indication to treat for strep considering I have been in constant contact with my child , who has it and whose care I oversee, and it is very contagious- again I was dismissed. I asked her to examine my throat and was told it wasn't necessary. I left and went directly to an urgent care, which I was avoiding because it is a greater out of pocket expense. The doctor there did examine my throat and said it looked like strep. He then tested me and it came back positive for strep. So I have medication but this whole experience was completely unnecessary. Will never go to this location again.

What a joke. If you have a runny nose, this is the place to go. If you have anything like a break or bad sprain, don't go here. They don't even have a x-ray machine. They refer you to someplace else but still charge you, even though they didn't do a thing. Total waste of time and money

I really appreciate to have this Minute Clinic so near to home.. in several times they have been a good solution to our family healthy issues but today it was not like that. My 5y needed to get stitches remove and of course he wasn't feeling it we try to calm him down but the doctor was zero help. She look at him like he was a monster and didn't said a word to conform him or us. We just left to try in other place more kids and family friendly.

Go somewhere else, normally do not give bad reviews however this place was exceptional bad. Person who was running this place is very unprofessional/ arrogant and disrespectful.

I went about two weeks ago for persistent wrist pain. It was quick and easy to get a walk-in appointment. Dr. Nguyen was wonderful and attentive. Her advice worked wonders and cost me very little -- and here I was ready to do an X-Ray and everything. Very grateful.

I would give it 10 stars! Thank you Leslie. She was extremely professional treated me with so much kindness and consideration. She did a thorough examination got my medication right away
