service by customer service representative in the evening time on Friday was disgraceful. Went to customer service desk to simply point out there may be an issue with one of their many gas pumps and upon exiting , customer service loudly mumbled in Spanish that it was a good thing I was leaving all all I wanted to do is blame them for my problems .. she said this to the next customer in front . I immediately called attention to her disrespect and asked to speak to the manager and which she proceeded to scream managers name at me and then screamed her name at me as I requested hers. I was so irrate at the level of service provided I will never return to this gas station again . I left a message via voice mail for the manager with regard to the quality of service being provided at this station . Will be returning tomorrow to complain in person . if you want to be treated like a stray dog , common over to this gas station. Especially on a late Friday evening which is when this incident occurred .

This shell has decent prices as long as you use your shell rewards which is free to sign up for. This place has decent quick bites inside and the only negative is that one of the car wash stalls has been broken for Months and the it backs up the car wash ljne.

Came in here and the slurpee machine wasn't working, again. The discount you get for being a shell reward's member is pretty good, especially nowadays with sleepy Joe blaming everything on Putin. Also, the bathrooms are somewhat clean. I'm not saying I would take a dump in one, but I'm OK taking a leak.

Just had a chicken breaded sub it was great the only thing it took a little long for it to make. The guy said 20 mins it was for pickup. It took 30 minutes; sometimes people have places to be so that's all I go to say about that. Good sub though a must go when in North Miami Beach area.

Pizza is one of the WORST I've ever had. Ordered a pie. Almost no tomato sauce at all, cheese tasted cheap, crust almost nonexistent, oily. Disgusting. I commented to the other people with me how a pizza place could actually make such a horrible product. It was worse than frozen pizzas I've gotten at the supermarket. If you're desperate to order pizza, you're better off ordering from one of the crappy chain delivery services instead of this place, and save yourself some money.

Ordered pizza for late nite snack through postmate app. Pizza arrived late, it was cold. Quality was poor, barely any sauce and crust was thin an soggy. Did not look or taste appetizing. Total waste of money. Would not recommend.

I've been ordering from Milano Pizza Cafe for over 10 years. Their food used to be delicious and well prepared. Sadly, the quality has gone down the drain recently. I ordered my usual grilled chicken wrap tonight and when it arrived, it was so soggy that it fell apart into a mushy mess of food. The lettuce was stale and brown. There was way too much garlic sauce, which caused the sogginess and the taste was awful. I ended up throwing it away and wasting $15.. You guys have definitely lost a loyal customer. I guess it's time to find a new late-night place to eat at.

I'm very picky about my pizza so when I gave Milano Pizza Cafe a try last night I didn't want to be critical I wanted to give them a try and they weee great!! The ingredients are fresh, yuh can smell from the aroma on the pizza.. I love thin crust so thumbs up on that.. I really don't have anything bad to say about this place. The people there are so lovely unlike next door iron sushi (and fish looks old).. Andrea the cashier was soooo pleasant and just down right nice, I definitely will go back!! Michelle sorry didn't have time to take pics cause we were too hungry!!

Ordered a cheese steak pizza for delivery. Way overcooked, dry and hard crust, weird cheese on top. Couldn't eat. After a long wait to get this is very disappointing

I really enjoy coming here for my lunch break, since I work close by. I always get the tuna steak warp with french fries and sprite zero. First of all, their fries are the best! The portion is enormous and they're so perfectly crisp. The tuna steak wrap is delicious, they make it with a homemade garlic sauce and the two pair up like cookies and milk. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a quick lunch or simply craving french fries. I would go here rather than their very popular neighbor (McDonald's), it's worth the wait!

This place is good. It's a hidden pizza jem! They are open super late and have amazing food at all hours. The inside is nice and clean. The new manager is awesome he came out to our table to make sure everything was okay. All the pizza is hand tossed you can literally see him tossing the dough. The sauce is perfect. They serve beer and wine. I highly recommend this place!
