This place would only give my shopper a pound of roast beef. Really don’t Mind the $16.89 price for a pound however it goes bad turns black on the second day after you buy it. I kindly asked my shopper to get half a pound. I don’t mind ordering it. Twice a week. Just hate to throw food out. Lady behind the counter refused and was very very rude. The manager was no better!!!!! Will be ordering from Publix after this. Really “B” grade stuff being passed on as first class. Don’t be fooled.

The only grocery store chain that sells a specific product. It was very rainy this day but it did not deter us from making the journey. I also picked up a fresh load of bread for sandwiches. They had many options for grab and go; all diets available-- meat, veggie, and vegan. It wasn't very crowded inside and all the employees were very helpful.

First time back in over 20 years. This center needs improving / attention. The parking lot is horrible. It needs a good anchor to bring people in. Gilbert's definitely needs attention and staff.

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred on Tuesday. While I was on another aisle, I witnessed a manager engaging in an inappropriate behavior towards one of their employees He was shouting at the employee as if he held all the power, showcasing a lack of professionalism and respect. This behavior made it difficult for me to sleep as I pondered the stressful environment that such behavior creates. The incident involved a man with short black hair and a white shirt, who was seen yelling at an employee. As a business owner myself, I firmly believe that it is crucial to maintain a respectful and considerate approach when dealing with our employees. Yelling at them is not only disrespectful but also sets a harmful precedent for the overall wellbeing of our team. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention as I believe it is important that such incidents are addressed promptly. In order to foster a positive work environment, it is crucial that your management team demonstrates the highest standards of professionalism and treats all employees with dignity and respect.

Milam's has the best steaks in all of Miami. I never knew the difference in the quality of meats until Milam's introduced me to PRIME -- once I had prime, there was no going back. Can't wait to fire up my grill this evening!!! Meat staff are the best.

Deli should greet people and let them know some one would be right with them . All the Hispanics looked at me continued working and said nothing the gentleman was in the back helping someone out so he is good Christi came out and asked if I was helped then told one of the ladies and that’s when they said the guy is almost done in the back he helped me with a smile … great store but train your employees to greet at least I was doing an instacart order.

I still don’t know how can Milam’s think that they are an upscale supermarket? That’s beyond laughable! Everyone at this store is beyond rude and just unpleasant, ugh!!! True Miami fashion, no one speaks English there and the cashier’s all look upset and not very welcoming. The managers are always yelling at their employees, it just gives a really bad impression of the values of this organization. There is a younger manager or assistant manager who has long dark hair who treats people like they are beneath her, no one should ever treat others that way! Do better! I will not return there.

Milam's is, to me, the perfect combination of quality, selection, and price to help avoid the frustrating need to go to two or more stores to buy groceries for my family. We've been introduced to new brands that you're not able to find in the "big box" grocery chains that are of higher quality than the soulless national brands.Major bonus points for this still being a family-owned and operated business which you can feel as soon as you walk in the store.

Love this store! The employees are always helpful and nice. Their sushi is really tasty and fresh if you are looking to run in and grab something fast! They also have a ton of other premade lunches like San which we and salads!
