Superb attention to detail at this Milam’s location. The owners are present and engaged. The store is impeccable. The employees are very friendly and greet you. It’s a delight to go to this Milams. Highly recommended

Ariana gave the best customer service I’ve ever had in Miami. If you know Miami you know the service is normally horrible. People are normally mean all the time but Ariana was a breath of fresh air. This is the first time in my life I didn’t get attitude while ordering a vegetarian sub. I’m very particular and don’t like cross contamination but Ariana cleaned all the utensils changed her gloves and cleaned the counter prior to making my sub without me even asking and reassured me to not be embarrassed for being so picky. She made me feel so comfortable. I never knew I can get a 5 star sandwich making experience lol. Thank you Ariana for making my day and letting me realize there actually are kind people in Miami. :)

Good location, store is on second floor but the parking is spacious most days (haven't tried it in evening) the variety is impressive considering the location is inside a residential building. Impressive meat and deli departments. Clean and orderly. Being used to the traditional store, the layout took me a moment to get. Place has a great variety of wine (as abundant as the Grove location). Prices are average to Milams. The place isn't super expensive but honestly not built for bargains, although they often have a BOGO of interest on some items. Overall a decent place with a friendly staff. Worth a visit if you're nearby.

I thought parking here would be difficult, but they actually have adequate parking for shoppers.Carts by the elevator. You can bring one up, but they have a few in store as well. Staff is very friendly and the store is organized. Will be dropping by again.

This Milams is great for groceries but deli its a pain.I feel like they just hire people and don’t train them correspondingly.Most of the time they don’t know the subs and take almost 20-25 min for a single sub.Hasn’t been a single time to have a sub on a timely matter. Not good impressions.Hopefully someone sees what is going on and trains them. I hope they fixed this issues. It will be better for Milams, better for their employees, and better for their customers.

Very strategically located, substantial and wide variety of offerings of all sorts, clean as a whistle at all times, an admirable wine and beer selection, an enticing array of prepared foods at the in house delicatessen, good breads and baguettes, and a remarkably friendly informed and attentive staff. The public frequenting this location are also a congenial and presentable lot. Above all, it's very accommodating for busy people by operating from 7AM to 11PM. There is nothing not to like about this place.

The deli is a nightmare! There are always at least always 4 people usually with one slow one doing the subs, deli & hot food while the other 3 ignore they have patrons and laugh and gossip amongst themselves. Twice I walked to the front and asked for a manager to help me. Yesterday was super special too...I took a number, waited for 15 min standing in front of deli (I was the only person standing there to order lunch meat), 3 guys in line ordering subs, 4 people for hot food. There 4 employees that saw me standing there and completely ignored me. After the one old lady serves everyone without calling any numbers it was finally my turn. In walks a homeless guy, all the staff looks at me holding a number and then the old lady at the deli asks the homeless guy if he wants free hot food. Im 20 minutes in, and on lunch. I just left. I thought putting a Milams at this location would be a win but it very much in fact sucks. The deli has no sense of urgency to get people served and out quickly, they don't follow their own rules-not sure why I should grab a number if they refuse to honor that system, and they discriminate. I am a white, single mother living from paycheck to paycheck, why don't they offer me free food too? The deli people are rude and can't be bothered to work, its also tacky that they speak badly about other coworkers in front of strangers. Guess its back to Publix deli for me.

It's a smaller sized store but I like that! They have great meats at decent prices, same for the produce. I will say the dry goods are a little bit on the pricier side but the convenience of the store makes up for it to me. The employees are all very friendly and I ultimately enjoy coming here!
