Just moved in, so far it’s a great building! And the location is sooo convenient!

This building is outdated compared to other properties in the area. The security in the building is a joke to say the least and the management team is unwelcoming and makes residents feel like they are inferior. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

I visited Milagro and before I even saw the unit, I knew I had found my new home. Yandri provided a tour of the property and explained all rules, fees, incentives and procedures. Jose was helpful in answering questions when Yandri was unavailable. Brianna was great on move in day - ensuring I had everything I needed. The property itself is well-maintained and has all the amenities I was looking for and more (concierge, security personnel, garage with EV chargers, exercise room, common space including offices and a printer, saltwater pool in the inner courtyard, coffee machine in the morning for my daily latte). The residents are friendly. My apartment is lovely - tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a tub you can soak in, new carpet in the bedroom, washer/dryer.The location is incredibly convenient - you can walk to shops, bookstore, restaurants, etc. Overall, I could not be happier with my new home.

The building is old but alright. There’s a hospital nearby (Coral Gables Hospital about 2 blocks away) so get ready to hear ambulances wailing day AND night. Definitely not luxury although they market it as such…The walking distance from Miracle Mile might be a plus but you have to deal with the awful and noisy traffic (horns all day from the intersection) on Douglas Ave day and night. There’s a couple of restaurants and the fried food smell will waft into your home. I feel bad for the leasing team, they seem nice but clearly miserable with their jobs. The poor older lady Brianna from the leasing office really tried to sell the place but clearly she didn’t believe what she was saying either. It might be scripted who knows. Anyways - lots of better options around the area !! Good luck.

Recently moved into Milagros and could not be more happy with the customer service and support from the leasing office, especially Jose. He worked tirelessly with me to expedite the leasing process and complete all of the requirements. Any fees were made clear to me and he was very upfront with all of the options and pricing for units. Thank you Jose for your dedication and support through this process!!

I was looking for a nice and safe place and it was getting really frustrating until I found these beautiful apartaments. The staff is very friendly and they will help you. If you need some help or information about anything, you should contact Mr. Yandri, he was really professional and helpful at all times. I really appreciate his kidness and guidance. Milagro Apartments are the best. 100% recommended!

If you’re looking for a nice, clean, and safe place, this is the right building to live. Staff is friendly and they will help you through the process. Mr. Yandri Padura was the BEST in my process to apply, I would totally recommend him. He will help and guide you on the right direction and he is really professional.

As a new resident, building staff has proven to be very attentive and responsive. While there have been a few hiccups since moving in, they have all been resolved in a timely manner. Experiencing this conflict-resolution first hand has made me feel much more confident in our decision to sign with Milagro. The building is nice but the front office & maintenance staff are what make this a luxury building.

Like other tenants have said, the previous management company, Bozzuto, was awesome, friendly and helpful staff. New owner & management is disrespectful and inconsiderate. Constant problems with fire alarms with no condo with no consideration for their tenants, many with young children. I can’t wait to move out of this building.

I’m rating here with one star because after I left in January, I supposed to get my deposit back and I never did. I sent the first email in march and no one answered. Also in march my husband emailed them and they said they sent the check but it was returned (what I don’t even believe anymore) and they said they sent again. We waited for a few more weeks and nothing. So my husband sent another email that was answered by Jose and we gave him a new address to send the check again and he said he would look into it. That was almost one month ago and again NOTHING. Very disappointed with the lack of honesty in this matter. I am still waiting for my deposit check because we left the apartment in perfect conditions.Edit: I contacted the building and I was told about the management change and I got in contact with someone from Bozzuto who finally sent my check (missing a few dollars but not a really big deal). Here is my review about my experience living in Milagro for 15 months.Pros:1. Location is awesome2. Apartment is well maintained3. Bozzuto management in general was great and attentive4. Gym is decent5. Free coffee machine at mornings6. Garage always have space to parkCons:1. Fire alarm goes off sometimes for no reason and when it happened at night it was difficult to get in contact with people to turn it off.2. Some dog owners let their pets pee and p*** in the corridor and elevator3. Some neighbors doesn’t respect the pool hours so sometimes there’s a lot of noise coming from people at the pool late in the night (normally weekends)4. I had one neighbor that would stay on the balcony everyday making phone calls and disturbing my sleep.5. Maybe the windows could be more sound proof so these noise wouldn’t bother so much.6. Garage door would get stuck sometimes so we couldn’t go out or had to walk outside and open the entry side to get out.Overall I liked my experience living at Milagro when Bozzuto was the management company.

Previous owner, Bozzuto, was awesome. Agree with all positive reviews to that effect. New owner & management is a complete clown show. Literally forced tenants out of the building for a week.Prospective tenants: check out other properties nearby like Gables Grand Plaza; you'll be glad you did.

I want to start by saying I don’t know why a place has fire alarm testing for 3 days from 8 am to 4:30 pm. I am a Night Shift nurse so is really annoying how it interrupts my sleep. The first day I went to ask how long it will take for the alarm to shut off and expressed my concern and the person at the office literally said we are going through it too as you can hear it no apology. So I had to rent an Airbnb for $160 to sleep during the day. The second day I had to sleep in my car on the Publix parking lot. I don’t have any family here or anywhere to stay. I feel really disappointed at the new management as no one seemed to care what I was going through and didn’t even apologize.
