Terrible customer service. I placed an order and got a response that my order was canceled "for one of the following reasons " and then listed 5 different reasons. When I asked which reason it was - the response was "read the reasons it's one of them". I'm glad they canceled the order and won't be doing business with them again.

I’ve done business with this shop many years ago. I’ve had a 10 year hiatus from the hobby, but gladly I returned and I’m also happy I returned to Micro Macro Mundo. The same owner was there and he helped me out thoroughly. Glad to do business again with this shop, highly recommended.

Ordered once a long time ago but never after that. Item was defective and customer service was very bad. Rude employees and owner. There are several well stocked better places to buy Marklin products where I have been treated as a valuable customer every time.

First of all I want to address the amazing customer service this place has, the moment I walked in I was greeted and asked what I needed with a big smile:).This place is a gem, theres soooo much gunpla and other tamiya kits and paints with lots of variety. Very well organized inventory I cannot express enough how neatly stacked all the kit boxes are on each shelf.If you like gunpla or just getting into it head over here you wont regret it I will most definitely bring all my friends here they’ll love this place?

Very calm place to go when looking for a product to build. Everyone is super nice. There’s always restocking. I usually go in once a week most of the times?, but the prices for the Gundam robots are great and worth it!

Do yourself a favor an buy from anywhere but here! The owner is rude and thinks he’s making you a favor, and would rather lose a sell and a customer before honoring a discount that they THEMSELVES are offering. Note to Owner: you should feel lucky that there are people still willing to buy your absolutely not necessary products in a world in recession. Rethink your policies and maybe you won’t go out of business. As for all my needs, I will stick to online even if I have to pay more, and not support your business.

I was looking to buy a few things that I needed for building a few kits. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful. The older gentleman was a bit busy, but the other employees were very helpful. Everyone was very nice and gave me some pointers in model kit building and how to maintain the acrylics paints and so forth

My husband and I came in looking for gas powered RC cars and we immediately greeted the owner who didn’t acknowledge us and what seemed to be his son who just stared at us. We were pretty excited to see the store and when we saw the RC car we were screamed at not to take pictures which threw us off.There’s no signs to not take pictures (we were sending it to our family who’s also interested in purchasing one) and it’s honestly really suspicious. If you’re not doing anything wrong then what is there to hide. I wanted to write a review because the experience was so weird

This is one of my favorite online stores to buy European model railroad supplies and have been ordering here for a long time. The product selection is outstanding and the items have always been promptly shipped and packaged extremely well to prevent damage. The website is well designed and easy to use. While the shop is large and has a great selection of models, the friendly atmosphere is non existent. First they have the door locked now so you have to knock to have them let you in. I almost left after a 40 minute drive thinking they were closed. Second, they have an guy that just follows you around the entire time you are in there. It's creepy and makes you cringe. They have signs everywhere that say no photos allowed and half the store is roped off so you cannot have access. The old man at the front is not friendly at all. It takes like 10 minutes to get checked out even for a few items. The store needs new management desperately.

I'm extremely surprised that they have managed to stay open as long as they have. All there business must be online because they don't show much and are the rudest people I have ever met.Ready to Roll is a much better place if you're really an enthusiast. Save your time shop there they actually want your business and treat you as if they do.
