I had a great experience working with Erika! She communicated well and explained everything to me in a way that helped me make a decision that best fit my needs. I didn't feel like I was being asked to buy stuff I didn't need which occurred with a few other insurance providers during my process to find insurance.

This is my second review. And I am not good at writing reviews but I have to. I added a newer vehicle to my policy. The initial quote I got was ridiculous but I have to go to the office. It worked.
The lady took her time to get me the best deal. She only asked for patience on my part. It worked. Try them. The elderly lady at the reception is professional. The agents are great. Thank you guys.
But don't forget, there's always room for improvement.

I highly recommend going through this office for any State Farm policies! They are always so nice and helpful with any questions or issues you may have. They respond right away to anything i have requested.

My experience is always excellent when calling your office starting with the receptionist, that is so helpful. My agent Erika Macedo that when above and beyond in helping me with everything I needed. She even followed up on the weekend, to making sure I had everything I needed done correctly. Thank you blessed to have your team taking care of me and my family.

I have been working with Erika Macedo for a long time now, and only 5 "stars" is not nearly enough to give her. She seems to understand what I need even before I can put it into words, and goes out of her way to make things easy for me.I am very pleased with State Farm, and especially pleased having Erika as my "contact person".I've been with State Farm ever since I moved from Michigan to Florida. I like State Farm and overall like their customer service reps. However, since I opened my account with this office I’ve had issues with being misquoted and then basic professional communication.I got to the point where I would prefer to only communicate over email - this way we had a track record of what was discussed. I finally had to cancel my policy because I never got a call back after requesting a call twice a week for 3 weeks from a licensed agent.Avoid this office if you value your time, effort,, and basic professionalism.
