What a great experience. Our flight arrived late after the facility had closed. I called for our in terminal delivery of a brand new Ford Bronco. On the second ring the phone was picked up by the owner Gabe. Due to the late hour of our arrival, he drove to the branch, picked up our truck, and delivered to our hotel. I’m sure the whole situation took him 3 hours and someone was with him to drive him home. He met us right on time at departures to take the truck back. Great communication during the whole stay and certainly someone who goes the extra mile for his clients. We will rent from him again when we are back in town.

Hello there guys, I recently had a bad experience with this place. I scheduled a rental vehicle pickup and when I arrived to Miami Rent A Car, they did not want to use my personal vehicle insurance. The rental car company stated that the funding for the insurance was not sufficient. The car rental representative "Felipe" stated to me that the car deal price was too low, and the rental policy required the "Car Rental Insurance Policy". The price suddenly tripled, I declined the deal, BEWARE"

Highly recommended I came to Miami on vacation and realized last minute I needed a vehicle and literally popped up here last minute (after being disappointed by the other guys across the street) and I was serviced in less than an hour! Easy 5 stars

This service was prompt, reliable and deserves all the stars. I am a Property Manager and I was looking for a company to deliver a rental we needed for one of our tenants and I found Miami Rent A Car, which happened to have good reviews. Other rental companies require pickup and when you don't have the time, delivery services are necessary. This company provided immediate response and exactly what I needed. Gabe was very helpful, efficient and punctual. He was also very understanding and would provide as many extensions as needed. I would highly recommend and use this company again. Great customer service!
