We were shopping at another nearby mattress store and getting zero service as the process with the customer before was taking forever. We told the salesperson we would be back shortly after going to Dairy Queen in the same strip. On the way we found Miami Mattress where Javi promptly ascertained our needs, showed us several models, explained the differences clearly and guided us to a great value of quality + discounted price for the guest room bedroom we were seeking to upgrade. The mattress, box and frame were delivered within 24 hours today. Turns out our salesman was actually the owner. I wish him/them well. Only suggestion: get more advertising out there!

Javier and Julio where amazing .I went to Miami Mattress not sure of what kind of Tempur-pedic mattress to buy .Julio/Javier has excellent customer service . They explained each bed and let me try until I found the perfect bed for me .I am very happy with the Tempur-pedic bed I bought at Miami Mattress . Javier , himself delivered the mattress to my home to make sure everything was OK. I highly recommend Miami Mattress Palmetto Bay .

It gives me great pleasure to share a wonderful experience I had at Miami Mattress. I received the best customer service possible from Javier who went far beyond to assist me in finding an unusual sized mattress for a bed that had once been a water bed. I had already searched all the big box mattress stores in Miami-Dade with no luck. Frustrated, I decided to try Miami Mattress on US 1 in Pinecrest, expecting not to have any luck. Javier at Miami Mattress took the time to listen as I explained my mattress needs. I was so surprised when Javier told me that he would be able to have a mattress custom made to the size of my bed to meet my comfort needs. None of the other stores had even mentioned such a service. He took the time to patiently show and explain the features of the many mattresses that are available in his showroom. I made a choice and he proceeded to personally call the owner of Biscayne Bedding, an excellent local mattress manufacturer business locatedright here in Miami, to explain what I was looking for. The two gentleman put their heads together to create the perfect mattress for me. Unfortunately, due to my illness I was not able to take delivery of the mattress right away so Javier was kind enough to hold the mattress for me for several months. Now, what other store would do such a thing for a customer? Of course, the answer is that no store would do such a thing. These days it is not often that businesses offer the personalized service given by Javier at Miami Mattress and the world needs to know it. This is a five-star mattress business!

This the place to buy your mattress in Miami. The customer service is unbelievable. We needed a queen box spring today and no one else would try accommodate us with a delivery today or tomorrow. The Guys at Miami Mattress not only had it, could deliver it, but had to us in a few hours. Worked us right into their schedule. This how a independent rocks and you should buy from them. The independent cares about their customers because that is what makes them successful. Bravo Miami Mattress!!! You will always be our choice for bedding!!!

This place has amazing deals. I came here in hopes of finding a soft mattress after failing at many other places, and found one within minutes! Julio is honest, friendly and informed. He did not try to upsell me, gave me all my options and made the experience pleasant. Not to mention, this is a locally owned business. Support local during these hard times, especially when they are as honest and pleasant as Julio is!

I can't say enough about Javier and Julio ! They were so professional and just downright NICE! I had visited another store in the same plaza and didn't have any luck with great customer service or even a simple greeting . To be quite honest , I almost didn't go to Miami mattress because it looked like a mom and pop store and seemed small from outside ! I was pleasantly surprised when I went in and there were more mattresses to chose from than the other store . I learned so much about mattresses in that store than I've ever known ! Because of these gentlemen , I was able to make an Informed purchase . Delivery was promised for the next day , and true to their word they called and said the driver was on his way with my new mattress . If you're looking for a newmattress , check these guys out first - I promise you won't be disappointed ! Tell them PJ sent you ! Thank you Julio and Javier !!!!
