I cannot express enough disappointment and frustration with Miami Luxury Cars. I had booked one of their cars for my wedding, a reservation that had been confirmed for over two months. However, just six days before the big day, the owner abruptly canceled on me, turning my dream wedding into a logistical nightmare.First and foremost, the lack of professionalism displayed by the owner is simply unacceptable. Cancelling a reservation 6 days before a wedding demonstrates a complete disregard for the importance of such a milestone event. It left me scrambling to find an alternative at the last minute, causing immense stress and inconvenience for both myself and wife.I strongly advise against relying on Miami Luxury Cars for any important occasion or event. Their last-minute cancellation of my wedding car reservation, without a valid reason or any form of compensation, showcased their complete disregard for their customers' well-being. Save yourself the heartache and choose a car rental company that values its clients and understands the significance of their commitments. Miami Luxury Cars has proven themselves untrustworthy and unfit for providing reliable service during special occasions.

We just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Miami Luxury Cars! Rodrigo took good care of me and my daughter — putting us in a stunning and immaculate Lamborghini Huracan for our daddy-daughter weekend in Miami. “White glove” service the whole time! The car was delivered right to our hotel - and after a helpful tutorial - we were on our way! Thank you Rodrigo for making our weekend an even more special one that my daughter will always remember.

I rented a RR Cullinan from here and wasn’t able to get it for my daughters prom I was very disappointed. I spoke with Ivan and Carlos and they worked out a great deal with me the staff was very professional, punctual and patient. They worked with me and made sure that my daughter prom was special which was very commendable. out of a 1 to 10, I give these guys a 20 customer service was exceptional??. I recommend Miami luxury car rental and will be renting again from them in the near future.

Best way to experience Miami is with Miami luxury cars! I have used them multiple times and will use them every time over other companies down here. So transparent and easy to work with. They dropped it off for me and picked it up. Pedro is the best! Thanks again guys
