I’m going to make this review as short as I can to describe this awful shady business.
I just bought a bmw 430 I. After a week owning the car, I needed to get motor mounts. I brought the car to north Miami Mitsubishi and they told me they’d bring it to bmw. My car sat in Mitsubishi for a whole WEEK and was never brought to BMW. I found this out because I needed something from the car and checked its gps, only to notice that the whole week it was supposedly being worked on, it was just sitting in the parking lot collecting dust
I wasted $400 on a rental while my car wasn’t even being fixed, I was not reimbursed for this. They offered to pay half of the charge for motor mounts, so I ended up spending $320. $720 spent, on top of the money spent for what I thought was a perfect condition, “pre-inspected vehicle”. (I already spent $10,200 on the bmw because I traded my truck in).
To make matters worse, when my salesman Dereck found out that my car was not at bmw, he raced it there and got me a speeding ticket, which also, I was not reimbursed for.
These people will jump to make a sale, but when something goes wrong, they turn their heads, awful experience and shady people.
All of there used vehicles are only listed cheap because they’ve all been in accidents. There finance guy will ask you if you want warranty and when you deny, you’ll be coming back next week to pay for something, because the car was damaged already. It’s a perfect scam. And that’s what this place is, a SCAM.
Update 8 months later:I spent over $30,000 out the door on a BMW from this dealership just 8 months ago, and this has been one of the most disappointing car purchases I’ve ever made.
Since owning it, I’ve had to replace all four tires, all new brakes, rotors, and pads, strut mount bearings and even all new motor mounts — things that should NEVER be failing this quickly if the vehicle was properly inspected before being sold.
To make things worse, the car was in an accident prior to my purchase that was clearly much more serious than the dealership made it seem. Because of this, the value has dropped dramatically and I can’t even resell it for more than $20,000, despite paying $30k just months ago.
It’s extremely frustrating to spend this kind of money only to discover that the car was not properly represented and was clearly not inspected with any real care. Anyone considering buying from here should be aware of my experience.
I trusted this dealership and ended up absorbing thousands of dollars in repairs for issues that should have been addressed before the car was sold.
I would strongly recommend buyers get a third-party inspection and be extremely cautious.

Throughout the entire process from start to finish Andres was nothing but great and went above and beyond to help me make sure the car was perfect and detailed the way I wanted. This place is a scam. I spent $5000 on additional insurance that was supposed to be fully refundable if I didn’t want it later down the line.
If you call to get it cancelled they don’t answer. I’ve spent hours calling. If you email they say they will get it done and they don’t. It’s been six months and I still don’t have my money back.
I also bought my car with a broken key and dashboard that they later had to fix.
