These people are not serious, they write checks without funds. I have a returned check issued by them for $8,500 over a month ago. The "manager" or responsible person does not return calls and is always in a meeting or out of the office. DO NOT SELL YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE OR ASK FOR A CASHIER CHECK. Very unprofessional staff.

I am writing this year approximately one year later after purchase. The car they sold me, which I have been paying extra towards principal to get rid of this junk, is breaking down on me. It is breaking down despite the maintenance and repairs I have done on this car. I've gone through my fair share of good and bad dealerships and this one wins "worst dealership ever". They tried to "help" me and put on their smiles to help save the day only to harass me about down payments after I bought the car. Had they been honest about the down payment from the beginning I would not have been scrambling for money back when I was going through a financial hardship. They gave me three or four different amounts to put down towards a down payment. They upcharge on these cars that are breaking down and being fixed by some random guy to make them minimally driveable. Shame on me for falling for their "customer service" and trying to find something dependable for my child and family and instead I have a car that is falling apart and has left me in the heat with a two year old. I understand that cars need care but this thing drives like its put together with crazy glue. Very deceitful

WORST place you could choose. They'll give you a car but a NIGHTMARE when it comes professionalism. I should've known better when their employee ask me to show up the dealer at 9 but didn't show up till 12. You have to HOUND them for anything THEY forget to give you. The cherry on top was the call I got from one of their employees claiming to be a repo man asking for payment on a deposit I already paid. When I called to verify the man rudely said "you're good sorry for the inconvenience" . Owner just hires his homeboys regardless of experience. This place is just a good hangout spot if you work there. I shoulda went to Carmax...

Well to begin, the moment they wanted to sell me a White Nissan Altima that didn't have a rear view mirror and on top of all that the entire front glass was cracked, i knew i should've left. But they're so good at convincing people they were able to get me to stay and look at my other “options.†Carlos Rodriguez kept swearing on his kids that everything he was doing for me was going to be great for me in the long run so on and so forth. My best friend is pregnant and these people don't care her name is Rachel and even made her go through the worst experiences ever and don't own up to anything and don't even want to give her money back ( they never resolve her issue they just make her spend money ) . He's had stress through her entire pregnancy because of them

Whatever you do...do not I repeat do not!!!! Go here to buy a vehicle Please!!! run away as fast as you can the guy told me $1000 down for a Truck I payed them the money and they kept the money and did not give me a vehicle they said they would mail me a check cause the safe couldn't be opened and now my calls aren't being answered These guys are thieves and have literally stolen my money they talk a good game but at the end of the day they are crooks and they make it bad for honest hard working minorities who do good business in the area how hard is it to sell cars without scamming people don't waste your time any good reviews on this post are lies posted by the staff and their friends STAY AWAY!

Great environment, great vibe, made me feel like family and didn’t let me leave till I left in the car that I wanted. $1000 down and I left in a complete spaceship! Just purchased a BMW 5 series from Edward Rodriguez. One of the best salesman I've ever encountered. He is very knowledgeable of his vehicles and made sure I was put into the right car! You need more associates like Edward because he will do everything in his power to make sure that you walk away with a great car. I will be back with my husband next week to put him in a new car.
