Ailenis was amazing I had an issue with my transfer pin from trying to switch from Verizon and she really helped me out when it seemed like I couldn’t get the phone to work because of the failed transfer she pulled some magic and was at least able to get me a new number so I can walk out with a working phone, which meant a lot to me because I truly needed a phone that day at that moment and she came through. Great customer service

Today I went. A young girl with black hair helped me. The truth is, it was a serious mistake. That girl was a bandit with two boys. She didn't want to help me solve the problem. I went for another subway and the truth is that I was delighted with the other one, it was super good and it helped me but I will never go to this subway again if I could give it 0 stars I would do it very bad attention don't go there bye bye

I love metro PCS by T-Mobile. I have 6 lines with them. Never have any problem for more than 18 years. But people at this store don't know what they're doing. In case you experience a problem, call metro or try a different location.

Was on vacation heading down to Key West when suddenly my phone stopped working. Stopped at this Metro store to get help and the clerk was very rude. He didn't take the time to thoroughly look at the problem and wanted me to quickly buy a new phone. Went somewhere else instead
