I would like to acknowledge the amazing service I received from Mr. Bryant! Mr. Bryant is always willing to answer any questions and give the best advice! He is always very professional and has the best customer service. I had an awful experience with assurant and Mr. Bryant did his best to give the best advice and I was able to get a solution based on his consultation.

Went to the store today to have some questions about my account. The store supposed to close at 7PM. I was at the store by 6:50PM and they had already closed and looked the doors so people couldn't get in.When I told them there were 10 minutes left to close. They said they were already closed.My question is why say by 7PM??

I also was told the phone is free. But unlike some of the other people that have been paying $60 I was charged $91.42. My total came to $170.60 for a free phone. Where's the catch and where's the deal you guys gave me a wireless around the neck earphones. Also gave me a free case. However when you look at the receipt they're charging you for the case and the headset. The person actually sold it to me the manager of the store and he used the exact words free when activating a new line.

So the scam with this store is they will quote a price at 120-150 meanwhile the phone is actually free so your actual checkout is 60 bucks but they’ll lie to you and say it comes with a free case or a extra screen protector for $10 meanwhile your paying 25-30 per accessory that’s from amazon for 6 bucks !

Ciertamente me mude del area hace meses, y no he visto en todas las areas de metro que he visitado una atención como la de ellos. Todos son muy atentos en Especial Gilbert, que su paciencia, dedicación, profesionalidad y el Amor con que trabaja hace que uno venga de lejos a recibir el mejor trato y el mejor servicio, 5 Estrella, es muy poco. Para el trabajo que realiza.

Great experience with a not so great one over the phone. The young lady there went above and beyond to assist and meet my customer satisfaction. Don't recall her name but I would definitely go back to this location.

I will give this store 100 stars if I could. Everyone is very helpful and nice, they take time with each customer, including myself and seeing for myself, how they treat customers. The manager Gilbert is by far an amazing person, very polite, helpful and takes his time everytime I visit the store, to help me. There's not a problem he can't fix, atleast for me. I call him the magic touch! He just touches the phone, problem fixed. The store is very clean, you can feel the nice vibe as soon as you walk in. I'm very happy with their services, I have a metro store here in the corner. But I'd rather drive over to this store, because of the service and I always come out very satisfied. Everyone that works here is honestly very helpful, patient and very nice to all customers. I wouldn't change this location or the employees either. Specially Gilbert the manager!!!
