Went to get a new line with a new phone (free phone based on promotion). They tried to make me be believe that the wall AC adapter, the case, and the insurance was mandatory so I said NO. After I said no, they tried to trick me to a higher plan so I said NO again and left. I will take my business to a different store where they are actually truthful employees or online. You (owner) are trying to scam people here and are not honoring MetrobyTmobile promotions as they are. Accessories have NEVER been a part of any promotion, so do not try to trick people to buy them when you know for a fact that they are 80-90% cheaper on Ebay or Amazon, you are running a dishonest business here and being unfair to your community. You will be reported to the appropriate channels with the company.
