I was just going in to browse because I was planning on getting a new phone in the future and the girl at the desk was staring at me from behind the computer like I can't see her. I looked up at her twice and she was still looking at me and that made me feel very uncomfortable. If I'm getting a phone I'm not going over there at all.

The service really sucks be careful when signing up for a no contract phone because they still charge you for them phone and the the bill when you change to another service provider

This place is the worse I ever been Both of the person there was so rude that store Need to close,I was there only to activate my new SIM card I was treat like trash by the female who name I don't know and honestly don't want to will never ever go there again one star is plenty.

I agree with the reviews. The customer service here is horrible. A few days ago I went inside this MetroPCS to take advantage of a Black Friday promotion. I went in there to transfer my line and start a new service. I had no questions I just wanted to do it. As soon as I walk in there are two guys that just simply stare at me and do not even welcome me into the store. I let them know what I wanted and they simply decline me telling me I can't take advantage of the offer because "corporate has not sent it to them". This was total b.s. because I called another metropcs near by and they told me something different. These guys were very rude and don't care at all about customers or the companies sales. Metro by T-Mobile, you could do better.

This location has extremely rude customer service. My parents have paid their bill there for the past 4 years and their phone lines were disconnected yesterday. They paid their bill in full for $78.00 last Saturday. They have their receipt and on that receipt in the past due balance row it says “$0.00â€. There was no reason as to why their phone lines were disconnected. My parents went to check why at this location and now the representatives can't find their account anywhere. It's gone. When we go back to my parents phone to check the text messages (they get one every time they make a payment) it says “your payment has been posted for 78.00†then they get another one for a change of “—22.34†then another for a balance then another for another change. Altogether there were 6 changes made that Saturday. We're not sure why. The last text message said they owe “29.00â€. someone at that location gave them a number to call along with my parents “account number†to figure it out because they couldn't figure it out. That account doesn't belong to my parents. Then it turns out my parents owe 14.08. We pay the 14.08 and my moms cell phone service comes back. We call back again and now they owe $50.00. What the heck is going on?! I finally get to talk to someone and that representative couldn't find my parents account. So...whose bill were they paying? And what did that representative do with my parents $78?! They're hard working people for some shady employees to profit from. My dad went back to cancel his plan and they weren't able to help him and my dad brought up the money issue and they told him “well you can call the cops.†What kind of service is that? How does an account simply disappear? And if it did, how come no one was able to help my parents? What a disgrace.

Needed help had a bad sim card. Don't know how sim card went bad but... They tried to sell me a phone. I went home talking to customer service on phone determined bad sim card. Advised me to buy sim and call back. My metro store where I have purchased 4 phones recently would not sell me sim card without charging me more to activate it and said I needed my phone to be there. Neither is truthful. All they wanted was a profit from an already good customer. They turned me off to metro PCS and will never purchase another product at this location! The phone customer service were really good and help me resolve my issue.
