Great. Quick service. The only caveat is that we were forced to get the most expensive plan. We were told we could downgrade the following month.

very convenient location, they had the phone I needed, super fast and attentive service by Dennis, he was very helpful and professional. I recommend this store, and I recommend to deal with Dennis. I was planning just to buy one new line for my daughter, and Dennis explained the benefits of switching and some friend already told me about TMobile being better for business lines so I asked Dennis and he help me to bring 6 lines from Att to TMobile. super happy. by the way I called Att to ask for some questions .... tookme over 23 minutes waiting.. when I caled TMobile to ask about the autopay, they pick up calls super fast..

I have been in the metro for more than 10 years. I was never treated as badly as in this store when I complained about a cell phone that was bought for my daughter. The cell phone after four hours was not good. The manager left in a very bad manner. It seems incredible that Metro has a worker like this represented in one of its stores.

I came to get a new number and they had a special that you would get a free phone. I asked them for the 40$ plan and they charged me the 60$ and extra 10$ for an add-on that I did not even request. Definitely be careful and ask questions about the price.

If you are going to stay a long time in the United States, I recommend metro pcs. Very good telephone service.
