I could say that the place could improve and above all it needs to train its workers. One cannot talk or show attitude about customers who recently left the store in front of other customers. Try to improve the attitudes of your workers, regardless of the situation. Do not believe that you are more the owner of the store than the owner himself. And stop sending your clients to another office. (go corporate) you are sending your customers directly to buy somewhere else. Thank God it wasn't my fault. But don't be left wanting to go back to that store.

Becarful when you go there. I was at that office 2 months ago and the only lady who works there charged me for the phone more than I expected, when I asked the reason she couldn't explain the charges and the receipt doesn't provide details. The phone was not working properly, so two days after I went to return the phone, but she didn't accept it, she was very rude. I went to Corporate office, they checked the phone and it had issues with one of the Apps., a new phone was given to me.

I Was just there to purchase a new phone,everything was smooth.Roxanna and the other girl were super,they explained everything to me ,i dont have to much knowledge about the new phones in the market etc..but i left happy, you have to give credit when u receive good service,they set up everything for me...so thank u.Estuve ahí ahora mismo para comprar un teléfono pues el mio se extravió, muy buen servicio de Roxanna y la otra chica,gracias.
