the worst customer service,,,,, rude associates, specially Brenda the supposedly Manager !! who refused to honor the 14 day return policy implemented by the company including franchises ,,,, she totally refused to accept the returned item within their 14 day policy !!! she is super nasty ,,,, I will proceed to claim my legal right to submit a legit return request !!!
