I don't recommend this place. Today I went to pay for several cell phones since I work in a home for elderly people and when I arrived I had to pay for several lines and the woman who helped me was despotic and when I went to get the second cell phone she told me that I couldn't make more payments because your computer freezes because of so many payments
I went to another Metro to continue doing
the next pending payments and I asked the person what happened to me and he told me that this is false, for making more than 2 payments the system is not blocked, a despotic and rude treatment from that employee, Employee ID: XWL 183
I couldn't save the name
But my receipt has that Employee number
This is detrimental to the business owner.
And it is the second time that it has happened to me in this same place and I returned for the second time believing what the employee told me
I do not recommend it, I will never return to this place.

My experience is quite negative, the fact is that I added two more lines to my family plan which at that time were 4 lines per 100 and it turns out that they make me go 27 days later to activate the plan and when I arrive they tell me that it cannot be, I asked them for an explanation and they only told me what they had. I asked them to speak to the manager and they told me that they couldn't and if I didn't want to, they would change the company. They were very rude and in my opinion, they were disrespectful. It is unfortunate that they can't help. people as they should be and thus gain clients with that attitude, in my opinion they are going to lose them all, a regrettable event.
