After 2 days visiting metro pcs stores to solve 1 connection to my phone, Whitney finally solved everything for me in 2 minutes, very professional in this store, thank you.

Whitney and the older Hispanic lady (she didn't want to give her name) if you arrive at the store after 6pm they no longer want to serve you. Because they already want to go home. They start telling you things like "it's 6:15 or 6:30, unfortunately today it won't be possible to transfer your phone line, come early tomorrow." Obviously you leave that store and go to another. A shame how they serve there.

The worst experience in my life. The 2 girls who were there that day, Whitney and the other lady with glasses, serve with a very bad vibe. They lack knowledge and they took me more than 1 hour and a half to try to transfer my phone. In the end they told me that the store closed at 7 when I had been there since 5:30. I went to a store located 5 streets from there that closes at 8:00. I arrived at 7:29 and at 7:40 I left with my transferred number and with the service working. This store needs urgent attention from the manager. The manager has been asking here everyone for another chance for several months, but he takes no action. There are many people needing work to give work to people who do not know how to attend customers. They are totally disrespectful to customers.

Although I'm a fan of Metro PCS, have used them for years, this particular store, I would stay away from. I bought a phone and was promised by the young man that everything would be transfered to the new phone, to make a long story short, all my messages, which were mostly business were lost, a lot of my contacts.. .gone... Very disappointing ... And I'm still not happy with my new phone.Think I'll try Verizon...

I'd give negative stars if it was an option. I went to that store end of Nov. 2021 to upgrade my phone. I had researched about good options, and they carried one of them, so I chose to buy it, however, I asked to make sure I was getting the 2021 version of the model and the manager guaranteed me it was. The whole thing took about 2 hrs, they messed up with the charges when it was time to pay, etc etc, but ok I left with the new phone A cpl days later I see the phone had come with a factory defect I go back there to exchange and they didn't have it stock so they said they'd order a new one from the manufacturer and it would take approx. 5 business days. I had to keep calling them weekly cuz it turns out they forgot to order it, they're so 100% disorganized over there it's unreal. Finally, 5 WEEKS later the "new" phone comes in. I go pick it up and they take my phone to transfer the data for me, Another 2 hrs in the store total, I left when they were already closing and I was in a hurry late for an apt. but not before asking Manny and making sure they had transferred all my photos and WhatsApp messages which regardless of it being their job or not they offered to do, he said yes for sure. Later when I had a chance to look at the phone it turns out they had lost ALL my pics that had been taken with the previous phone for the 5 week period. Also, none of the WhatsApp msgs since my last backup were there AND I realized this "new" phone they gave me was actually refurbished AND it turns out the model was a 2020, not the 2021 I thought I had originally bought, Upon finding out all this I called them 1st thing when they opened asking Marie who answered the phone to hold my other phone there, make sure they didn't send it back to the manufacturer until I went back there because perhaps we could still retrieve my photos, She guaranteed me she wouldn't send it away and told me I'd better off going after 2 pm when the manager Manny would be there. I couldn't go at 2 pm because of work but I called Manny and reiterated everything, I was very upset but kept it polite while he kept talking to his coworkers and laughing during the call! I told him I was going there later that afternoon, so he knew it. When I showed up before 6 pm, he hid in the back of the store along with the only other worker there at the time, a female. They left the front room alone and hid in the back. I had to say excuse me I'm here to speak w Manny, they ignored me till sometime later she screamed from the back he's busy, as I could hear them talking. I waited about 20 mins and tried again, she screamed from the back"you can sit down or leave". That was completely outrageous, rude, unprofessional, and embarrassing since at this point there were two other customers sitting out there waiting as well. Manny then finally came out and had NOTHING helpful to tell me He said it was my fault the pics weren't there and the WhatsApp msgs, when I reminded him that he simply took my other phone to transfer the data as I saw them do for everyone else so I thought it was standard procedure, he said no it was a favor he was doing so it's not his responsibility for losing my info. When I told him the phone was refurbished and was giving me problems already even though I only had it for a few hours he said if I wanted a new phone replacement I'd have to talk to corporate and handed me a piece of paper w a phone number. I had NO IDEA I was getting my brand new phone worth $239.99 that came w a factory defect replaced with a refurbished one! If I wanted a refurbished phone I'd buy one for $50 on eBay! I wanted the new phone that I paid for. Also, at that point I told him that was not a 2021 model, it was a 2020 they originally sold me even though they said it was a 2021, so they lied. He said no there's no 2021 in this model only the 5G. Seriously? Now you tell me this! And that's not even true because I called the manufacturer and that's not correct info. there i
