Mr. Bryan helped me, I decided to go to the metro with the offer of a phone at a cost of 0.00, (I read on the Internet) when I go and ask him about the phone that I was interested in, I got a Galaxi A32, he says that it costs $130 more activation phone, I told him ok, I paid for it, in the end he told me that he would give me a portable audio device, plus a sticker for the phone, well when I got home he had charged me for the 2 items that according to him the subway gave me, the next day I returned to him I asked, and he told me that the price had to appear on the receipt since I didn't understand, and it also said cell cost 0.00. He told me, "You have the items, I'll take them off and he refunded me the difference of what he had charged me and pushed me!" He then tricks people and charges them for items to sell. They display phone's that they don't have. The only ones available are the expensive one's. Not suitable for working people's. Everything are very expensive at this store..

Employees don't know how to work my phone was going to die without having any way to charge the phone and he was trying to figure out how to transfer contacts where he can have asked another employee to do it for him. As well I was using my wife's debit card we are linked in the bank and they refuse to take it when I've came here a lot using the same card under her name without any problems. Bad customer service !
