Exellent staff work this store, especally Mr. Juan the store manager. Staff greets every customer that walks in. Mr. Juan has very helpful, helping with my application so as to recieve a discount on my bill. Metro is fortunate to have him as an employee. You have earn my business.

I am highly disappointed with the service I received tonight. I went to MetroPCS looking to purchase a phone( one that actually works properly). I ended up with a upgrade purchase and I got 2 accessories. Not even 1 hour later the phone would freeze/move extremely slow or glitch so immediately I returned to the store simply asking for a even exchange. The store manager Juan told me he can not exchange the phone ( I just purchased literally less than 1.5hr ago) he said he can't " just exchange or return" a device and he does it see anything wrong with my phone. He also told me it will mess up his inventory ( WTH) I spent over $150 and wasn't asking for much and I believe I has all right to get the exchange according to the policy and MetroPCS customer service line. Bad experience!Update: Customer service reached out and resolved my issue. A big thank you to Desiree and Alvaro.
