I was a T-Mobile customer for several years, I financed a phone with them, I paid it in full and sent it to Venezuela, the phone is locked and there is no way to unlock it, the only solution they give me is to return the phone to the USA and be with them 40 more days to unlock the phone that I paid in full!! Very bad service not recommended

They are a bunch of liars. They sold me an extension cord to charge my phone and told me that I could change it anytime as long as it was at the same place. I went there and as soon as I walked in to exchange it the guy was that it was a the same place. I went there twice. First time, I returned because it was telling me that it wasn't the right extension cord for my phone. The guy insisted that it was. The cord stopped working completely. I attempted to return it, the guy wouldn't not refunded or exchanged it because it was passed 14 days

The girl working couldnt give me a price. She first said the phone would be free and i have to pay $21.99 for "activation" and $11 for a SIM card even though the phones come with SIM cards and that its recommended i get the 50 or 60 plan. When i told her ok i want the 50 even though i know you can get the 40. Shes like no you have to get the 60 and even if you get the 50 with taxes it comes out to the exact same price as the $60 plan. So i ask her to elaborate on how a plan with a $10 difference comes to the same price and she got irrate. Basically couldnt come up with a lie fast enough on why they are forcing the $60 plan.

This store hands down has the best customer Service Any time you walk in there search for the manager he speaks english/Spanish also search for Bevon he will attend to all your needs. Also very multicultural They also have Creole speakers in that store and they are open 7 days a week
