These subway people are super lost. We took a phone purchased elsewhere to activate it with the meter and they insisted that it was not compatible. He had to go back and discuss with them with a technician on speakerphone so that they could finally give him the service correctly by simply activating the line. Be careful! The only GOOD girl on this site is KATY! LOOK FOR IT! He has patience and good knowledge. GIVE HER A RAISE.

I think these I gave these guys a bad rap. I did like the accessories they threw in, even if I didn't ask for them. The price wasn't that bad and a phone with a screen protector will last longer.

I was in and out in a jiffy. Fixed my phone and added a line with ease! These people are so intelligent! By far the best phone store I have visited in my life!
