bad experience. I went to this store to buy a phone and they sold it to me with a 100% interest loan without explaining it to me first. Now I have to pay for the phone in full because I'm not going to pay interest. I went because I wanted to pay it on my invoice and they sold it to me for a separate credit and they didn't explain it to you. be very careful with these people. They also charged me 107$ for activation on the new phone when I already had my phone service with them. scammers!

My experience was with Samuel. He is very kind, knowledgeable and patient. He helped me a lot with my phone. I highly recommend him to all Latinos who lives nearby who do not know English.

Im in this metro pcs every month the employees all know me well so today i go in because my phone isnt charging and some new guy named rey there plugged it in nd said oh it works i try to explain that it says 9hr to charge he brushed me off didnt even look at my phone and said he couldnt help me so im upset cuz the regular employees sammy and them aint there i go to metro pcs on 62st and nw 7ave told them my problem and they said my phone was defected... clearly rey didnt want to do no work was very rude and doesnt want a job it coulda took rey 5 mins to resolve my issue yet wasnt his priority i will never do business there again if that boy rey is there ?

The ladies are awesome. They where very friendly and kind. I will always go back to this location. Even though its farther Away from where i live.

After waiting to speak to the rep in the front, she stated that I would have to wait for everyone in line before me just so I can pay for my items which I already had in my hand. I stated I don't need service I just want to pay for the screen protector and leather case. she said sorry you have to wait. so I stated so I have to wait 20 30 minutes maybe even longer to pay for something that wss in my hand that can take 2 minutes and that guy is just standing there staring at me waiting for me or waiting for someone to help. she goes sorry that's not my fault you have to wait. I said are you serious he's literally waiting for you to send someone over it would take a minute to pay for this and I have to wait 20 or 30 minutes just to buy something? She goes yes is there anything else with a snarky remark I said you know what you just lost this sale ($40) she was oh well have a great day. That is the last time I'm coming to the store and I will not be recommending this to place to anybody as long as she works there or as long as they have this ridiculous policy in play. I ended up going to the MetroPCS store right down the street. I was able to purchase my stuff and no problem even ahead of other people who are actually getting service. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and if this is how MetroPCS treats customers then Sprint here I come.

Following the current promotion, I purchased an iPhone with a plan at this store. I was told about an "Extra Policy" at the middle of check-out and had to pay an additional $50! I called the headquarters office and they confirmed there was no such policy! I tried to reach the store manager'; but either he was away or he never answered my voice messages. Do Not get phone service from this store........

Some of the staff members are really lazy and inefficient to go home without taking care of the customers properly
