I bought a mobile hotspot in March of this year. Within a couple of months it stopped working and I had to pay $28 to get a refurbished one which took one week to receive from the store. Last Thursday, 8/10 I took the third one back to the store because of the same reason. I was told to pay another $28 and that it would take four days... It's now been 8 days and nothing! I can even reach the store by phone! So I contacted Metro PCS directly and they fixed the problem within minutes! I'll be going back to the store and demand a refund for those $28 they charged me for doing nothing whatsoever!!! I recommend you go to another Metro PCS, not the one located at 1365 NE 163 Street in North Miami Beach!!!

Don’t go there wasting your time and money those people don’t know how to talk to people and treat people with respect, I went there to get my phone unlocked it’s been 180 days past for the phone to be unlocked. They telling me no they can’t it’s to start over that’s crazy they just wanna take ur money thanks to customer service!

Guys be careful with these store I went to buy a phone the phone had an issue it didn't open some apps so I went back to try to get another and they told me that I couldn't exchange the phone for another one..and also I ask the person who was taking care of me if the phone comes with the case and screen protector and told me yes..so when I check the receipt I paid and extra 70 dollars for the screen protector and the case I was only suppose to pay 110 for the phone but I ended up paying 186..

We had a particular problem with our phone that could not be fixed with tech. But Mr. Feras at Metro by T- Mobile was incredible and with patience and expertise completely fixed our problem.

Worst service ever by Rose, they lost my lines in less than 5 minutes, it was so bad that, (instead of buying her a new phone) I just walked to T-mobile and changed service my provider

I needed a new phone because my phone died and wouldn't charge. Was told by a "lovely" representative that I had to give a call to the owner of the account to authorize the transaction - hard to do without a working phone- representative didn't even bother calling the user for me or offering to, he wouldn't even give me the phone number of the user. Won't go back here - left immediately and now on my way to AT&T. Switching providers entirely since they're rude and unhelpful. Thanks for nothing :)
