Place is terrible. First they gave me a pre owned internet box instead of the new one that I paid for. That is robbery. Not only was the box pre owned it was defective and stop working in less than a month. Call *611 and the rep tells me and noted, for me to go to the store to do and exchange. At store I spoke with Widley who was on FaceTime and stayed on FaceTime while I was talking to him. I explain the situation and he states “only the person that did the transaction can do the exchange”. Ridiculous. He then tells me that I need the receipt and they would not be able to look it up in the system. Lies. All transactions done in the store can be looked up and this was confirmed by several reps and Metro PCS. Next Widley told me the manager’s schedule for the next day was morning until 7pm but he usually leaves at 5pm. Unacceptable. So the manager leaves when he wants? So basically I should just be hoping to catch him. Wow Metro this has been a headache. I haven’t been able to use my box but I bet they will still charge me full price.

A week ago I went to buy a Samsung at 15, the person named Jafer Reyes helped me, he has good customer service, I recommend this metro, ah, many people, thank you very much Metro by T-Mobile

I am really impressed with the customer service I received from Metro by T-Mobile when requesting an address change on my bill. The representative was extremely friendly and efficient, and they were able to resolve my request quickly and without complications. I will definitely continue to be a satisfied Metro customer for their attention to detail and exceptional customer service!

I bought a mobile hotspot in March of this year. Within a couple of months it stopped working and I had to pay $28 to get a refurbished one which took one week to receive from the store. Last Thursday, 8/10 I took the third one back to the store because of the same reason. I was told to pay another $28 and that it would take four days... It's now been 8 days and nothing! I can even reach the store by phone! So I contacted Metro PCS directly and they fixed the problem within minutes! I'll be going back to the store and demand a refund for those $28 they charged me for doing nothing whatsoever!!! I recommend you go to another Metro PCS, not the one located at 1365 NE 163 Street in North Miami Beach!!!
