Letter of recommendation for good service at store: Metro store at 2336 biscayne boulevard.I want to make sure that the gentleman by the name of Orlando is recognized by the good service he provided. I was very upset and could not take out a virus on my phone and with his expertise it was resolved.I want him to be recognized as an excellent and knowledgeable employee for it is people like him that make us very satisfied to be with your company.Congratulations sincerely for your excellence, Orlando.

I went in to pay a phone bill & change my plan. I was told being my wait time was extremely long & their appreciation for my patience they were "giving" me a wireless headset (but in reality I was charged for them by emp id: IJS410...) I was in a rush to get to work so I didn't pay attention to my receipt even though I should have but my facial expression obviously showed me questioning why my bill was high. When the employee who helped me noticed my look he fed me an excuse as I was walking off as to why it was so high and how next month it will reflect normal. Again, I was in a rush to get to work because I was going to be late, but I will hold some of the responsibility for not slowing down to check the receipt and question the total as I should have. But it's obvious this store is okay with lying and deceiving customers in order to make a quick buck.

Cynthia and Orlando were amazing. They were super pleasant, and assisted me with everything I needed. I needed to replace my phone immediately and they listened to what I needed in a phone, what I wanted the final price to be and they came up with very reasonable solutions that got me everything I wanted. Won't go to another store. They are amazing!

My phone broke and I spent days with customer service and on the phone with different metro pcs locations trying to get a new phone with my upgrade. I finally went into this store expecting to pick up a phone and leave satisfied, not the case. I show up and I'm told the phone I want (the iPhone 13 Pro Max) isn't in stock and "we haven't seen that phone in about a year." Ok, well what phones are in stock? Apparently only the 14 plus and 14 pro max. I try to finance and I'm told I'm only allowed $700 and that doesn't cover the phones. No way for me to pay the difference. I ask about my upgrade and I'm told "your upgrade is for accessories only." I left without a new phone and my broken one still in hand. No help what so ever. When I get home I call customer service who tells me that I am due for a PHONE upgrade and that this establishment should have provided me with the phone of my choice. SMH. After 3+ years of using metro, I canceled my service and got a phone through a different company.

bad service, the people who work there do not have the minimum knowledge about MetroPCS to serve customers, several errors in my account, I went there 2 times I had to wait an hour for the attendant to be able to give me an answer, and he gave me wrong information . they don't have any training to work. the manager doesn't help at all, she stays in her room on the phone while the attendants are giving wrong information and has no knowledge of what they are doing. I'm super disappointed and I'm switching phone companies because of this.

We had a really great experience at this Metro location. Neftali the representative was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He went above and beyond answering our questions and made us feel confident with our purchase!

Terrible service, terrible place. terrible service. I bought a complete phone and I just went the other day to change and finance a better one, they tell me that there are no returns, that if I already paid, I can't do anything, super expensive cell phones and after they sell it to you and earn their commissions, you already have value equal to 0 as a client, I could not communicate with any manager and I felt powerless for anyone to attend to my claim. When you sell any equipment without a refund, it is mandatory to let the customer know, they did not do it there, the way they treated me afterwards is enough to say that I had a super bad experience.
