I got attended by James, he is a very nice and charming young man, to start I was already having a bad day but with the intelligence of him, he was able to satisfy my needs by getting me the right deal with the home internet. The device works perfectly in my house and I could say I left the store with a big smile on my face. I greatly recommend coming to this store and asking to be attended by James.

For new customers, be very careful with this store, forget about the comments, well, listen to some people who are not comfortable and say what they experienced. I was at work there and I sent my mother since we are neighbors to connect a new phone that we bought from her. since it is somewhat easy to pass the line and connect the phone with the service that we already have active in my account and there they told him that that phone could not be connected to the subway that if he wanted they could sell him one of the ones in the store that would definitely be that The one she brought doesn't work, which bothers me a lot because we bought the phone for my mom and it's a good phone and better than the ones they have to sell. Of course we went to another store and connected it without any problem, but they as a franchise and an owner wants to sell their products, they do not speak on behalf of the company nor do their clients only name them because they are the personal owner and they can try to trick an older lady into selling a phone card that they have there with dust already on it. Why does no one want them? If you want to connect with Metro, I recommend you go to a main store where I am sure they will treat you well and provide the best services. Don't waste your time there where they will try to get more money from you by looking out for their interests, don't. of the company

They need to hire people that want to work and are friendly. And want to help because the people they got there now don't know what there doing and act like there doing you a favor with bad attitude. Horrible customer service . They don't want to tell you about the special they just want to sell you a high price phone. They need to work on there customer service and people skills. They just hire anybody that came off the boat . The girl that works there did not know English. Did not even connect the phone or but the plan I wanted . I had to call metro and do it my self she had me there for hours for her to not even get my line working. They need to do better training and hire people that want to help and make the company great.
