In almost 10 years at the metro company, I have never felt so mistreated as in this office they ran me out of credit to offer me a new phone for 700 dollars with huge payment installments.... I foolishly thought they were giving me the guarantee for the replacement of my phone that stopped working while it was still under warranty, noooo they were running my credit....then they charged me almost 30 dollars to activate the account, account that it is active with Metró, I don't understand that was just changing phone ..to give me the phone he couldn't find the account, but to run the credit the previous week he found it 100%...I lost an hour and a half of my work and the employee Evelin is a little haughty and unprofessional...my opinion I give it based on the many years that I have worked with the public... FINAL I will never return to this store again
