I am a woman who has been going to European Autobahn for over 15 years. They have always been trustworthy, respectful and honest. They consistently go above and beyond, no matter how big or small the job, to not only repair the issue but meet expected timelines and provide the added customer care when no one else would. I highly recommend this business and am so thankful to have found them.

The original plan was for EA to contact my warranty company before repairing the ABS sensor. However, EA proceeded with the repair without consulting the warranty company first. When they eventually reached out to the warranty company, they declined to cover the expense. As a result, I had to pay $340 for the repair, after receiving a refund of $80 from EA.

Should have taken my car to him in the first place. Instead of the $2k quoted by the dealership Elvis was able to do the job for $900. He also found that they had diagnosed the wrong issue and could have saved me even more. Highly recommend.

I have been using European Autobahn over the past 8 years for the servicing and repair of three different Mercedes vehicles and have been impressed by the professionalism, expertise, reasonableness, and courtesy. Today, I had a battery go bad in my 2010 Mercedes E350, and on short notice, they were able to squeeze me in and replace the battery. Owner, Elvis Castellanos, now joined by his son Victor, runs a first-rate operation.

I went in today to have my Mercedes Benz GLE 450 serviced. I spoke to Victor about service B. He took the time to explain what this service entails over the phone. He gave me a quote with a fair price. Elvis was at the shop in the morning and took the car into to the shop. I was out in and hour and a half. Great hospitality, fair price and service. Don't hesitate to call to get a quote and service your car there.

This was my second time doing business with Elvis and his shop. And once more the experience was superb, professional and timely. Elvis and his staff were respectful, helpful and most importantly (for me) cost effective when compared to other shops and dealers, without sacrificing experience or knowledge in one’s vehicle.
