We recently started providing imaging at one of our urgent cares. Our process was a learning curve and I can't tell you how much I appreciated working with Joe and Adriana. They were understanding and helpful, responded quickly, yet accommodating as we were going through the process to open this service. We purchased 3 machines from medilab global corp. Both machines have fallen apart. We have spent well over $8k dollars in repairs. We have just found out from the technician that the machine contained defective parts however the system software was reloaded on the system "to cover up component failure " meaning that the machine parts were damaged and an attempt to cover up this fact was performed. The systems we purchased have been found to all have major defects. We have spent more than the cost of the system on repairs at this point. The systems that we purchased from Medilab Global were supposedly inspected and checked to ensure they were in full working order. Independent service repair men have determined that the systems had defunct parts prior to shipping. Please see attached images where c arm repair company advises us to abandon the system repair as they are "lemons" and filled with bad components. Some systems arrived with wheels literally falling off requiring immediate repair to even move the system from place to place. From what I can tell this company finds damaged products repairs pieces them together long enough for ship out and then you receive a multi thousand dollar paperweight. Do not recommend doing business with this company. Do not recommend doing business with Joe Henao.

I used them for purchase of a CT scan for my free standing ER in Texas. Carolina and Adriana are wonderful people to deal with. Very honest company with excellent rates and even better customer service. I recommend them for all radiology equipment needs.
