The customer service and delivery of supplies has been terrible the past 6 months. I have to continually call to remind them to ship my supplies. I warned them that I'm changing supplier if I need to call once.more!

I am very disappointed in this company period this is the worst company to deal with with with customer service period this customer past discovering the passage, the book around from one place to another period you never get your supplies on time period you never get what the doctor put in the request for you. PeriodIf you choose this copy, I feel sorry for you. This is the worst company to deal with what any type of supplies, but period i'd rather if you choose this company. Take a second look, they call you. I'll throw out the day and you still don't get to supply it. So when you cancel and you don't go back to them, they still call you period period this company needs to be closed down and not dealing with medicare of medicaid or any other company whatsoever.

Received a phone call at 5:30 AM to try to get me to set up an account for their productsI could not get her to quit talking to tell her it was so early here in the west coast.watchout for this company!!!

They are scam artists taking advantage of the elderly. Once they get their phone number they keep calling relentlessly to both the patient and provider. Offering products like talking glucose monitors and then give their insurance information to some unknown pharmacy and they ship you some cheap meter nothing close to what and when they promised. I am constantly warning our patients to beware of giving info to these infomercial companies.

I do not recommend this company to purchase medical supplies. My mother had been a customer for years, and they were sending her alcohol wipes for injections and charging her 25 dollars for shipping without her asking for them. I called and they told me that they were going to eliminate the charge, months later a woman called me to give me classes on how to take care of credit and how debts are paid. It seems to me that this company is taking advantage of older adults by sending things 8x more expensive than the price of the product over the counter, and should be reported for scam

Medenvios is a terrible corporation. I've been complaining with them for over a year about my diabetes supplies. they say I take my reading twice a day, my doctor changed the reading to every other day. I've been getting calls from them 2 or 3 times a week. telling me that I'm running out of supplies... these guys don't even LISTEN to their customers.

Being Diabetic is not easy but I am truly very satisfied with MedEnvíos. At first it took them a little while to get the prescription they needed to be able to send me the products to do the tests, but really now everything comes to me when it's my turn and I'm calm and my doctor is happy that I'm doing better. If I can recommend MedEnvíos as a serious company. Thifanny

Get calls and faxes constantly harassing me despite telling them to stop. Refuse to work with them and would guard patients to avoid using them as well.

I do business with MedEnvios and can tell you this organization is a class act. They have been very attentive to my needs and their customer service is excellent. When I initially inquired they called me back within just a few minutes. I would highly recommend them not only for value but for service alone.

As my father got older I needed to simplify his diabetes management so his Dr. recommended MedEnvios and I am glad he did because my dad is getting his testing supplied delivered to his house, on time and without any trips to the pharmacy or calls to me "(his son)" that he is out of testing or insulin supplies. I would highly recommend MedEnvios to anyone who is Diabetic.
