This is the most shady company you will ever deal with. Reckless, unethical, gets order information wrong. No viable tracking info. They WILL get your credit card information right, however, so they can steal your money and not get your products to you. In a just society and judging by their ghastly reviews around the web (which regrettably I hadn't read before I ordered), these people would be behind bars.

Do not trust this company. Read their return policy before you order anything. Its unethical. I ordered something and they sent wrong item. Then wants to charge a restocking fee plus not refund my full purchse price & I have not received the package.

This company is horrible. I set up a business account and uploaded my resale sales tax certificate and they said my account was approved. This is a lie. I spent a week going back and forth with customer support to no avail. Stay away at all costs!!!!

I got to tell you that I’m very dissatisfied with Siemens and MedLab
My Inspiration Mammogram has an issue with communicating with the gantry.
At first I reached out to MedLab and all I got was an engineer coming in and after 3 hours of working on the system, he suggested that I “Junk the system”.
Not only did he said that, but the gantry was now making a shrinking noice after he finished his worthless evaluation of the system.
It turned out that he did not put back the gantry cover correctly. The gantry covers were not seated correctly.
My only issue was losing communications between the AWS and gantry.
I was charged 2.5k for just telling me to junk the system.
If they had fixed it, I probably would had sign up for a maintenance contract.
So here I am, no local support from Siemens.
To add insult to injury, when I requested a level 5 key to help me diagnose the issue, they flatly refused. Not even when I offer to purchase the key.
Not good for company nor product.

After Hurricane Ian had passed our service engineer (Mitch) was onsite to assess and order helium to keep the magnet cold. He set the bypass valve to conserve boiloff all whiteout ever being called. Once power was restored he was again onsite to test the magnet and restart the coldhead. Service is fantastic all engineers are knowledgeable and well trained. He also verified functionality of our CT. He made the process of reopening smooth and is a valued member of our team.

Excellent communication with my team.I admit, I miss Tony and Abundio.Because of the level of service and professionalism of MedLab, I will always be a Siemens costumer.Thank you all, and keep up the great work!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered some disinfectants and N95 masks from this company and when they came I decided to return them because I found the price to be exceedingly high and the products did not meet my expectations. I've been calling for months and no one ever pick up the phone. Finally, I received an email from one of their representative saying " time to return has expired 30 days have passed." They never picked up their phone since their products came for me to get a return label so how they are quick to say "30 days have passed." Their stuffs are here and unopened and I will not stop calling them to return their stuffs and get my money back. They are a scam so people should stay away from them. That was my first experience and my last. Shame on them.

I placed an order and it never came. I called and they said somehow it didn't process correctly. They apologized and then let me know that some of what I ordered wasn't available and they would send me something similar that cost the same. Another item that wasn't available I asked for them to cancel and refund me the amount. They never processed that refund. I called and left messages and I sent emails on their site. I do not recommend this company and I am very upset that I likely will never receive my money back for the unavailable item. Buyers beware...you may end up giving them money and getting nothing in return.

Never received my order of in stock items with guaranteed 5 business day shipping! I placed my order back in March and it is now April 14. They have not cancelled my order nor refunded which I requested earlier this month. STAY AWAY!!
