I’ve been ordering for several months the wagyu carpaccio through Uber eats. Was always on point until my last 2 orders. It was unedible! The color was off it’s normally red thin cut delicious meat. The last 2 times it was brown and as soon as I opened it the smell was horrible of old meat. So disappointed because I really enjoyed ordering regularly

The Grill Master service by Meat b’ Bone was excellent for our 25+ baby shower bbq. The quality of the meat and sides were delicious and German, the grill master, was top notch and professional. Definitely recommend hiring him to prepare a decadent meal so you can relax and enjoy the party!

Paid for an order that never showed up. The founders posed as customer service representatives and bullied and strong armed to deny culpability and made no effort to get me my order. Horrible experience.

Ordered well before the date needed, the meat did not ship by when they said it would ship, it shipped a day late. Spoke to them via phone and they assured us it would ship that day and be delivered overnight. Was not delivered on time and they claimed they cannot provide reimbursement because they’re not responsible for a shipment delay….for a refrigerated product that makes no sense….Stuck with over 300 dollars of meat delivered after the date of the event for which it was needed. And in addition had to buy meat the day of the event, doubling my cost…The issue was the never shipped by the original date they had promised, and that was the reason for the delay, despite speaking to them and them assuring us it would be here on time. I would have cancelled at that point on the phone if they hadn't reassured it would be there in time.

Placed two order to have 2 Thanksgiving turkeys delivered to my home on November 25th between 5-8 pm. THE TURKEYS NEVER SHOWED UP! I tried the text line, sent an email, called the 877 number and NOTHING!!!! Called again at 9 am this morning and I could not be connected to a store. The customer service agent is being outsourced from another country and has no idea what is going on and when and IF my orders will arrive today, a day late! Were my turkeys sitting in the back of someones car overnight? The order status has said Out For Delivery since yesterday. This is so unprofessional and I expected better from a company who has so many locations. I cannot even place a call to the 2 local stores in my area, they keep getting rerouted. What am I supposed to do now? The turkey is the main dish. I am extremely disappointed - they deserve 0 stars for their customer service.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, They gave me every solution and helped me pick the best cut for what i was preparing for reasonable prices. Will definitely be stopping by again!

Yes please!! Hands down on the quality of the meat and the service provided to us. He (didn’t get the name of the front desk gentleman) took the time to guide us through the menu and all of our options, he helped us pick our steaks and even gave us really good advices on how to cook them. We’re absolutely and gladly impressed with the products, and definitely coming back. Thank you for suggesting us to get the tallow, it was indeed a great touch.
Treat yourself, your family, your spouse with any of their products, you won’t regret it. Thank you ???
