I would just like to say that as a repeat customer, I am pleased with the dedication of your customer service team, both on this order as well as past orders and for the quality of the products I recieved today. I've had great experiences with the products as well as some minor failures, specifically with the packaging, which yall have always made right 100% on previous orders. Today. Like most, was definitely on the great experience side. Everything that was shipped was perfectly sealed and looks amazing. I also can't thank you enough for postponing the delivery last minute while we dealt with storm issues and then shipping promptly once I said I was ready. I am a happy customer and plan to continue my relationship with MeatNBone in the future. Thank you again.

4 of us get together for monthly meat nights. After a positive first experience with the 45 Day dry aged steaks at Meat N Bone. we opted to order again, but this time the 45 Day Dry Aged Tomahawk was totally off. All 4 of us agreed "something was off" and unlike the other 45 Day Dry Aged we ate that night, or had in the past.
When contacting customer service to share that 1 of the steaks was either way overly aged, or done incorrectly, they responded with " We are known for our dry aged, but we are really known because of them being very "funky"
So instead of asking for ways to help please a customer, they opted to defend their product. If this experience happened at a high end steak house - the manager would have immediately sent out a new steak.
So Buyer Beware when ordering online with this company. Customer Satisfaction is NOT guaranteed.”

I went to this location and was immediately greeted with amazing hospitality, knowledge, and service by a gentleman by the name of David. He was very enthusiastic and personable. I will definitely be shopping here again because of how phenomenal his customer service was.

Like its products, Meat’nBone’s customer service is best in class. I recently had an order that became delayed in shipment, which resulted in its spoilage en route. They replied to my initial inquiry almost instantly, provided me with exactly what I needed to know to file my claim, and replaced the shipment and made me whole immediately, without hesitation or delay. These folks were a pleasure to work with. I have had more hassles dealing with a local grocery store than working with Meat’nBone a thousand miles away.

I used to order my Wagyu Filets from a well know online store from California however they were too expensive and didn't offer any type of rewards for many orders throughout the year. With hesitation I googled other options. And to my surprise I stumbled upon Meat N' Bone web site and the Filet Mignon A5 Miyazakigyu Japanese Wagyu was a better deal. I am very happy with my order & pricing. Meat N' Bone is my go to.

Avoid this place. I bought the $110 "3-4lb" waygu picanha. I get home and it looks small so I weigh it, guess what? Exactly 3.0 pounds. Services was terrible too, took 20 minutes to have someone talk to me. THE REAL PLAY is to go to shadow waygu in Coral Gables instead, they actually weigh the meat and give you solid service

Hands down the best meat buying experience I’ve ever had. I have monthly subscriptions to a few high-end online butchers and have a deep appreciation for quality cuts.
David at Meat N”Bone is an ode to butchers of the pre internet days. As a first time customer, he took his time getting to know me, what I like/don’t like, the type of occasion I’m shopping for, history of my relationship with guests I’ll be cooking for.
He walked me through a wide variety of cuts, pointing out details and the type of knowledge that can’t be faked, but earned through years and years of studying his craft.
David made my first experience at Meat n Bone unforgettable, and earned a customer for life.

I had an issue with my order of sanuki beef. The folks at Meat N' Bone handled it quickly and without issue. I will without doubt be purchasing from them again based on their integrity and customer care.

We ordered the dry aged sirloin bowl to share from Meat N' Bone Kitchen. It was indeed dry and with little flavor. This is the first time that we've had a bad experience with Meat N' Bone delivery. Really hard to understand since their presumed strong point is the quality of their beef.

No matter how delicious the steak, bad customer service will always leave a bad taste in your mouth. I was let down multiple times trying to have steak, this entire $340.00 order, delivered to a vacation house. I gave about 1 week notice and set up a delivery for a Monday. Monday nothing, I understood the mix-up at that point and set delivery for Tuesday. I was also told the delivery address was within their 1 day delivery area and they may have to overnight it for the inconvenience. The short story getting anyone on the phone is difficult which was imperative on a time sensitive delivery such as this. After multiple false promises and canned responses I finally received my order on Friday. To me this is totally unacceptable. I was also promised an order of their salt for the inconvenience and that never arrived. When they got back to me to take pictures to prove it the food was already eaten and we were heading home from vacation. I told them I didn't want anything from them anymore. I gave them the opportunity to have an owner call me to discuss and have yet to hear anything. I would have been open to salvaging the business relationship, but the lack of a meaningful response shows me what they think of their customers. Had I gotten a call I'm sure I would not have been placing this review.
I also tried posting a 1 star review on their site and, surprise, it will not load. Let's see what kind of response this review receives.

I ordered from Meat N Bone for the first time, as I wanted special steaks for my Son's birthday. They went out of their way to make sure that they were packaged and shipped in time for the special day. I ordered Denver steaks, New York Strip steaks and Ribeye steaks. We were especially delighted with the New York Strips, we found the Ribeye steaks good as well. We likely wouldn't order the Denver steaks again, although they were okay, they were not worth the price in our opinion, as they were more expensive than the other two choices. Glad we found Meat N Bone and I will definitely be ordering again in the future. The New York Strip steaks were outstanding compared to those purchased locally at Publix or elsewhere online.
