All the employees I have had are very friendly, except for one lady who told me her name is Cecilia. Her customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and she treats students as if we were forcing her to be there, she wants to do everything quickly and doesn't give you solutions. For her there is never a solution, nor does she provide you with the necessary information.Only she is like that, since I have been attending this campus for 1 year, and everyone else is very friendly and helpful.

Changed dates, so there was less class time than when you signed up. You get a call the day before by someone who just says "your class isn't starting tomorrow". Then to make up for the fewer classes do you get a refund? Nope. Also, changed the class time. Doesn't work for some so now they have to leave class early. And the kicker??? Changed the classroom and only some of the students got the update and nobody on the campus can help. What a pathetic excuse for a "school".

The cashier was very helpful and nice. She was that only one at the register with a line and provided assistance to everyone very customer friendly and taking time to answer questions. ?? #IAMMDC

Never organized when I go. The line be be everywhere but where it’s suppose to be. Literally stood in line waiting for 20 minutes just to be told that I was standing in the right spot but other people formed a line in the aisle.
