Beware this store’s customer service is nonexistent. Try calling them and you’ll find they seldom answer if at all. If you cancel your order (before delivery), they’ll charge you 25% of your order but they don’t tell you this at the time of purchase. As far as I can tell they are not members of the Better Business Bureau which is unusual. I suspect 5 star reviews are from friends and family. Better go elsewhere.

I bought a tempur pedic mattress, I paid for it in full, I was told it would be here in 5 to 7 days, 2 weeks later I get a call that they want to send me a temporary mattress because the $3k mattress I ordered did not come yet, I wanted to cancel and I was told that I could not cancel because it was a special order, so I called my Amex and they charged them back for the full amount, I went right cross the street to mattress firm, I got the mattress delivered the very next day, lesson learned, do not buy from a company that already has reviews for doing the very same thing they did to me, and the salesman gives you his phone number and when you try to reach him he is nowhere to be found, and when You call the store he is always off..... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE....

If I can provide less than one star I would. Johnny just has one of those nasty attitude that feels he is funny and isn't. He confirmed my delivery date for Friday that did not happen and no confirmation. Then when I reached out to him because he provided me his cellphone said no call the business, one of those people that once they make their commission off the sale they show their true identity. Then I received my credit card statement he overcharged my new credit card that I applied for with him. To make things worst he did not use my correct DOB when he entered the credit information so now I have to take the time fix his error and incompetency. Please I repeat do not purchase a Mattress from here. You will regret, I'm still fixing all his issues that he created!

My wife and I, went back to the store to buy a bed replacement. we have visited the store on previous occasions and always found the beds we were looking for, nothing different this time. Johnny showed us different options and was very attentive helping us to make the right choice, he arranged delivery and today 09/04/2024 the bed was delivered on time as promised. Johnny, thanks again. We will come back to the store again, your customer service skills and your salesmanship are excellent.
