We walked into this Mattress Firm hoping we could exchange the mattress we had purchased prior at a different location. Luis was friendly and knowledgable. He helped us choose a different mattress that better fit our needs even though we have to go back to the original person that sold it to us. He didn't have to do what he did. Thank you luis!!! Highly recommend him at the London Square location.

I want express my gratitude to Luis. He helped my wife and I pick out the best mattress we've ever owned. He educated us on what would be the best mattress for us based on our sleeping habits. We purchased two mattresses, pillows, and an electric base for our bed. We've had the best night sleep in a long time. Luis also gave us a great deal. We couldn't be happier! Highly recommended to everyone!
