Guy quoted one price on the phone for used module it was top dollar but didn't want to wait on ebay even though on ebay was for less than half their price so I drove there now lady tells guy he gave me wrong price on phone she said even more expensive than the top dollar quote he gave on phone wth? I left part there walked away will never walk in there again

The truth is that I did not expect to receive a guarantee on a used spare part, but I also did not expect CARLOS to be a rude, unempathetic person who does not know how to treat his customers with respect and empathy. It leaves a lot to be desired regarding the treatment of people, definitely a place where it is better not to return to avoid bad moments.I completely agree, they cannot give a guarantee on a destroyed spare part, but that is part of the problem, that they issue misleading judgment values simply by evaluating in your favor. It is better to be clear and say that the spare parts have no change, why try to demand a guarantee for used spare parts, that does not apply anywhere in the world. Cortez does not take away your worth

Horrible service. Where did they get the employee who answers the phones? He's an Indian, no wonder the useless guy works there. I never buy parts there again. “I don't have time for some connectors” as if I were SUCH a busy person. If I could give them 0 stars, I would, they deserve it. ??????????
