I have been using MARS since before I can remember. Most definitely over 30 years. There has NEVER been an issue that could not be resolved, and even those were few and far between. Before the "pandemic" I was sending in 14-20 shirts and a few pants a week. My review is not based on one or two experiences, it is based on HUNDREDS of pieces dry cleaned by MARS. ( suits, blazers, jackets, table cloths, and sweaters name a few) .Thank you Alex!
